I rate him a 9, with his only drawback being that I don't think he has quite the range to make him a perfect 10. He's still one of the best voice actors alive, though. Spike Spiegel is my choice, btw, with Onizuka ever-so-close. Truthfully, on another day, I might choose Onizuka. They are that close. Quote
