RSS
Just like the Earth-2.net: The Show segment, from this point forward the written version of Is It Wednesday Yet? will also be covering comic books from DC, Dark Horse, Image and the entire comic book industry! To kick things off, this week the guys reviewed Birds of Prey #122, Conan the Cimmerian #3, Sub-Mariner: The Depths #2 and War Heroes #2. The above is from: http://www.earth-2.net/reviews/c/iiwy/iiwy-
Dan
That Sub-Mariner cover is gorgeous.
Missy
DW: You wrote, "Fabry isn't going to surprise anyone with his work in Greatest Hits," but I disagree. Though I've always loved him as a cover artist, I've never been a big fan of his pencils. What little I saw of Greats Hits #1, however, pleased and surprised me. Your final thought about Venom: Dark Origin #3 was great! Sean: Sorry about the "man-stick" in War Heroes. Had I known it was there, I would have warned you ahead of time. I'll be sending Marvel a few quotes from your review of Sub-Mariner: The Depths #2. Hopefully they'll use 'em, because it's a solid review! Guest
Fabry's work didn't surprise me cause I've always thought he was that good. Great stuff from Drq here, even if he did have to suffer seeing some pipe.
Dread
That might be the best round of written IIWY? yet! Well, at least since I stopped
drqshadow
Man, I loved this week's IIWY? Dubs, once again I wish I could write with your brevity and color. I feel totally at home as a part of this team. Any combination of the usual suspects is usually good for some serious quality.
