Batman/Deathblow: After the Fire trade paperpack?

I've been searching around for Batman/Deathblow trade paperback (Brian Azzarello and Lee Bermejo). It's a collection of a three issue crossover. Borders and Barnes & Noble don't sell it/don't have it in their catalog. I've found it on several sites, but they're not selling it new.

I was wondering, does anyone know what the story is with Batman/Deathblow? Is it out of print? Will DC or Wildstorm re-release it again? Just wondering, why is this book not around?

Considering how high the prices are on Amazon Marketplace, I'm thinking it's out of print.
