JackFetch
I don't know how I feel about this. On one hand I do kind of enjoy the movies. On the other hand, don't they realize pirates are out and vampires are in?
Koete
"On Stranger Tides" is clearly a reference to vampire pirates.

grahamvidger
I thought this was going to be called "The Fountain Of Youth"?
Venneh
Whatever. Another excuse to milk the franchise for all it's worth.
JackFetch
"On Stranger Tides" is clearly a reference to vampire pirates. I concur. It has to do with the book of the same name, and from what I can tell it has no vampires in it. It will be about Jack and Barbossa going after the fountain of Youth. Koete
Yeah, I know, I was completely joking with my vampire comment.

JackFetch
During filming of the first movie Disney hated Depp as Sparrow. I couldn't see anyone else playing him any other way. "They couldn't stand him. They just couldn't stand him. I think it was Michael Eisner, the head of Disney at the time, who was quoted as saying, 'He's ruining the movie.' "Upper-echelon Disney-ites, going, What's wrong with him? Is he, you know, like some kind of weird simpleton? Is he drunk? By the way, is he gay?... And so I actually told this woman who was the Disney-ite... 'But didn't you know that all my characters are gay?' Which really made her nervous." Michael Eisner doesn't know shit.
