RSS
This week the guys cover Captain America and Bucky #620, Detective Comics #881, Hellboy: The Fury #3, and Superman #713. Guest
Good stuff gents. I'm slowly compiling the stats for IIWY 2011 and I'm noticing that reviews have been a lot more positive than previous years, for what that's worth.
drqshadow
Thanky kindly. I'd be interested in seeing how the ratings break down by publisher, since this makes two weeks in a row where we've trashed a Superman book.
Stavros
To be fair to this book, I don't think it's that the writer is bad per se, just that he's not suited to Superman. Hardly anyone is, I think only Geoff Johns and Grant Morrison have written anything that's interested me for that character in the last 10+ years. Dan
Great work, as always. I'm slowly compiling the stats for IIWY 2011 and I'm noticing that reviews have been a lot more positive than previous years, for what that's worth. Probably because I'm not reviewing for IIWY these days. I had "This comic was a swirling vortex of dipshittery" on a macro.
Stavros
Good stuff DRQ, makes me want to catch back up with Hellboy.

Stavros
It's not like I don't hate on my share of books, it's just that I'm given enough good stuff to keep an even keel.
Missy
That sounds like a challenge to me.
Dan
Ooooooooh, you're in for it now.
Stavros
Oh come on! Fine, then I change the premise of WFTT to reviewing only books I love. That's a pretty strong issues per month ratio in my favour!
Missy
You do have to submit the WFTT mp3s to me, and I can always re-edit them.
Guest
Tom, just be lucky I banned WWE Heroes from the site. Give him Bomb Queen.

Guest
Tell that to William McGonagall.

Guest
Legit, I've probably waited two years to make a William McGonagall reference.
Stavros
I have now gone and read his poetry. Damn you.
