Dread Posted February 21, 2012 Report Posted February 21, 2012 Anyone comes across a podcast with reviews of four films more different than the four covered in this episode and I'll give you a shiny nickel. Quote
slothian Posted March 22, 2012 Report Posted March 22, 2012 Once again, a Dread Media episode comes along and turns me onto a new artist, who I have to then seek out on youtube/spotify. That Screaming Jay Hawkins song is awesome! Quote
Missy Posted April 20, 2013 Report Posted April 20, 2013 I finally got around to watching Yakuza Weapon.Holy balls! It dragged in places and the tonal shifts were off-putting at first, but once I understood what the filmmakers were doing (RE: live-action anime / manga), I fell in love with this beast of a movie. More times than I can count, I was surprised by the "Did they just do that?" moments. Also, without spoiling anything, Tak Sakaguchi (Shozo) acts his ass off near the end. Quote
