I ran into this on youtube finding a video of it being mocked on MST3k. It stars Neil Connery, Sean Connery's brother, as the brother of Britain's greatest secret agent and there are tons of James Bond actors in this like Bernard Lee and Lois Maxwell playing their James Bond parts but using their real names. It is very odd and very bad and I do not remember this being mentioned in any of these podcasts.

We actually did mention this film (though don't ask me which episode) under some of its other titles; OK Connery, Operation Kid Brother etc. We took the decision not cover it because we had to draw a line somewhere. Casino Royale 1967 was pushing it...
