The tail looks like a completely separate creature.

Nerds (by which I'm not referring to the people on this forum) hate ambition and divergences from what they've built up the superheroes to be, even if the divergence is true to the characters. There isn't anything wrong with the core of what Fantastic Four and BvS wanted to do, the problem is that the execution fell short for both.
I am 100% in agreement.

It's not Catwoman level bad. It's not Daredevil bad. Or Green Lantern bad.
It's more that its disappointing. And not good.
And this is coming from someone who found things to like about the FF movie.
I've said this further up the thread but I only went to see it for Wonder Woman and Batfleck. There, I was not disappointed. -
Wonder Woman was great; the best part of the film. Eagerly awaiting her solo movie.
I want to see more of Batfleck. The rest? Not so much.
I will give this a rating of barely adequate. Must do better. Much better. -
I love the fact that Jennifer Lawrence has become the face of the X-Men over Hugh Jackman.
Isn't Mystique supposed to be a villain though?

I don't think Joker did his usual maniacal laugh for that one. It seemed like he was laughing normally for once.
For me, That scene showed us that Batman and Joker are really two sides of the same coin. They are both the products of one truly horrible day and they both went insane, just in different ways. -
I just hope they do the scene at the end with them laughing together. That creeped me the hell out when I read it the first, second and third times.

I will admit to damn near cheering when she died. Which makes her the second companion to get that reaction in 50 years. And then they brought her back, gave her a TARDIS, near-immortality and a companion. And for the first time, I hated Stephen Moffat. For the first time, I actually considered not watching Doctor Who until Moffat left.

Spotlight - Found it playing at a little local screen 10 minutes from the start time. Walked in, paid, sat down in a nice comfy armchair and watched.
Wow. I didn't even notice the time passing and at no point did I even get slightly fidgety, as I have for several action movies recently. Everyone brought their 'A' game, most especially Mark Ruffalo. I recommend this film wholeheartedly. -
And again, I say SPOON!

Spider-Man? Pfft.
Ant-Man riding one of Hawkeye's arrows!!! YES! -

American Crime Story: The People vs. OJ Simpson started out being perfectly entertaining sleaze. Now that it's moved onto the trial stuff, it's gripping, soul-suckingly engrossing drama with a Murderer's Row of acting talent.
I am suspicious about that knife suddenly showing up while this is airing.
But yeah, the show is great. -
Lovelovelove it!
But..
This means he won't be JJ Jameson, which is a tragedy of world destroying proportions. -
Giant Man
-
Well, that's that then. Another movie to avoid.
-
Yeah okay, whatever problems you have with Man of Steel (and you are perfectly owed to have many) Henry Cavill should be at the bottom of that list. His casting was dead-on and he did the best with what he was given.
Honestly before seeing the movie I'm going in thinking out of the Trinity he's by far the best cast.
I will agree with you on Cavil's casting and doing the best he could. Whether he's the best cast will have to wait till we see how Affleck and Gadot do.
-
I was only seeing it for Affleck's Batman and Gadot's Diana anyway.
Definitely wasn't seeing it for the Superman cosplayer. -
Yeah, there was a good movie hiding in there. It's just, well, buried under a much worse one.
I thought that about the recent Fantastic Four disaster.
-
Personally I would watch the hell out of a Captain Cold show.
-
That looks even more insane than the first trailer. Which I didn't think was possible.
-
As good as the film is - and it is wonderful - the book is better.
-
It's the Daily Mail. If they said water was wet, I wouldn't believe them.
-
If my maths is right - and it probably isn't - that's what? $5 a comic?
Every film you've watched in 2016

I assume they didn't interview Waterson. He is apparently fanatical about his privacy.
