It's an illusion that makes the dragon's head move around like it's following you. Here is the plans if anyone wants to try it. P.S. He sits next to my monitor, and I named him Two-Face because I ran out of color ink while printing it out.

I want to point out first that this is a rumor, and it comes from AICN. Don't kill the messenger. I loved Thundercats as a kid, and I don't want this to be true.

Michael Bay's official message boards Admin 'Nelson' has posted an update with info from Bay about Transformers: 1- They will be releasing more teaser posters in the coming months. 2- Paramount made studies and concluded that the TF "ANNOUNCEMENT" was the 2nd highest rated "teaser" this summer. 3.- They just finished shooting a lot of Pentagon interiors on a soundstage in scenes that involved many Chiefs of staff in their huge war room. 4.- Shia just was recently suspended over the edge of a 20 story building in a very dynamic and intense scene. 5.- The average transformation time from normal mode to alt mode and vice versa is about 3 to 4 seconds. 6.- The leaked pictures are legit (although a somewhat early rendering). 7.- Filming of massive chase scenes will begin in the following weeks. 8.- The CGI transformations by ILM are looking wicked and nastier every single day. 9.- Part 1 will be about why the transformers came to earth. 10.- This movie will be a new start for the live action franchise that will not be based on any particular TF TV series and/or comic book.

From superherohype: I know alot of people were worried that they were turning it into a horror movie since the posters came out. This might ease your minds.

Steven Segal and a guy as ripped as Cena should not be compared in any way. I saw an article that listed Segal as "doughy actor, Steven Segal".

I finally finished listening to the show yesterday. I forgot all about the Hitchhiker until you brought it up. My sister and I used to make fun of the guy at the end of each episode. Judging by the things on your lists, we are about the same age. My list would look like this: 1.GI Joe 2.Transformers 3.He-Man 4.Star Wars movies 5.The Last Starfighter 6.everything else If it wasn't for GI Joe and Transformers, I never would have read comic books. We used to trade comics at school, and I would only trade for them. I actually still have every comic I traded for. The first non TF or Joe comic I read was Warlord. It didn't make any sense to me as a kid since it was more mature. The next was OMAC, which also didn't make sense to me, so I didn't read anything else until I was older. I watched He-Man all the time as a kid, and would get my friends to give me their comics that came with the action figures. The Star Wars movies hold a special place in my heart because I would watch ANH at my grandparents house whenever we went over there. They recorded it on one of those new VCR things from some channel called Home Box Office. They had a hundred movies they recorded. They were the original movie pirates. I had the comic adaption of The Last Starfighter, and noticed some of the scenes were different from the movie. It didn't make sense to me. I guess alot of things didn't make sense to me as a kid.

One of the funniest, and candid press interviews that I have ever heard is on the new Slice of Sci Fi podcast. Samuel L. Jackson talks about how Snakes on a Plane was going to bomb until they changed the name, and went from a PG to an R rating. What amazes me is that with all of the success the show is having online, the CW says they still won't pick it up. Maybe another network will.

Baxter "one armed bandit" Humby was used as a stand in for the new Spider-Man movie, but he was used for a specific scene. He was used in a scene where Spidey punches Sandman in the chest, and his arm goes through his chest. I'm not sure if they are just being cheap on special effects or what, but it will look cool either way.
