I'm interested in knowing everyone's thoughts on Cloak and dagger. I am having a hard time getting into it. There is little to no action. The characters aren't exactly likable, and the story isn't keeping my interest. I find myself struggling to keep my attention on the screen when it's on.

Death Wish 3 is fUUUUcking hilarious
Is that the one where he takes on the street gangs and Marina Sirtis is in it? As a kid I loved spotting all the times Charles Bronson was wearing knee pads in scenes.

I thought it was ok, but nothing special. He wasn't some trained ninja taking revenge. He got lucky most of the time and didn't know how to properly use a gun, so this was no Taken. Honestly the one thing I couldn't get past was Bruce Willis playing like the top surgeon in the city. I couldn't suspend my disbelief enough to buy that shit.

He sold Nerdist two years ago to Legendary. Nerdist put out a statement clarifying that he has nothing to do with them. They will most likely have to change the name now, which sucks because that's pretty much all they paid for.

When I saw Chris Hardwick was trending on Twitter I thought he had died. I kind of wish he had rather then this. His ex wrote an article accusing him of sexual assault and emotional abuse. If true, his career is probably over.

Yeah, I tried explaining Saturday morning cartoons to a teenager and they looked at me like I was from another planet.

Youtube Red is killing it right now with Cobra Kai and Impulse.

I'm surprised they didn't make a joke referencing him being an old man.

People use "SJW agenda" as an excuse for anything they don't like that has females in a big role.

Why are a lot of the fans of the things I like such assholes?

I kind of don't want this movie to exist. The first one was perfect the way it ended with Will Ferrell and his kids. They should have done it with different characters in a different universe.
-
This is the Transformers movie nobody asked for, but it's VW Bumblebee so I'll watch it just for that.

I hate that so many people lost their jobs because of her mental instability but ABC knew what they were getting into and planned for something like this.
-
Hopefully like Aquaman and Wonder Woman we will get to see those pilots one day.

It's been so long I don't remember what happened last season.

What a terrible movie for such an interesting story. It is so boring. These guys stopped a terrorist on a train in France, but that is only about five minutes of the movie. The biggest problem is that they played themselves, and they are terrible. It felt like I was watching someone's vacation video half the time. Except for this one event, they lived boring lives that weren't worth putting in the movie. Clint Eastwood directed it, and he tried to cram in some Christian propaganda for no reason so it felt like I was watching one of those God's Not Dead movies. When the mom said "My God is bigger than your statistics" I almost turned it off.

Amid a divided nation, chaotic national discourse and rampant attacks on the press, Murphy returns to the airwaves with her original FYI team: lifestyle reporter Corky Sherwood, investigative journalist Frank Fontana and producer Miles Silverberg. Murphy’s son, Avery, shares his mother’s competitive spirit and quick wit, and has followed in her journalistic footsteps – perhaps too closely. Now back in the game, Murphy is determined to draw the line between good television and honest reporting, proving that the world needs Murphy Brown now more than ever. The Expanse has been cancelled. What a shame. It really found it's stride this season.
-
The Orville is probably my favorite show on TV right now. Gotham is a guilty pleasure that I don't like to admit I watch when it comes on Netflix. Lethal Weapon has some real life drama as the main star might be gone for his on set behavior. Family Guy just needs to be put out of it's misery.

Life Sentence
ValorI never even saw most of these, but the ones I did:
Marvels Inhumans: It never stood a chance. It was cheap, lame, and had terrible characters. Aren't we supposed to root for the heroes?
Quantico: I'm kind of surprised by this one. It seems like it was popular. I didn't really get into it though.
Taken: Complete shit.
Scorpion: Started out as a great show but went too long and became repetitive. I also got tired of the whole "I'm weird and can't relate to people" while being handsome, fit, and 95% normal.
Superior Donuts: I only saw some scenes in passing at work. Felt like every other sitcom.
Brooklyn Nine-Nine: I tried to get into it. I really did. I don't understand the internet's obsession with it.
The Last Man on Earth: Another one I really tried to like but just lost interest.
Lucifer: I love this show but understand why it's being canceled. They fucked up this season. Also Chloe, while one of the most attractive people on Earth is a terrible character and the actress can't act for shit. How can someone that dumb become a homicide detective?

When I saw Spider-Man fade away my suspension of disbelief was killed because they already announced the next movie. I knew it didn't mean anything in the long run. I wish they had either kept him alive or held off announcing the next movie. The question I have is about Gamora. She wasn't snapped so can they bring her back and if they don't how will it affect Starlord when he comes back?

I didn't like it. It felt like an excuse to throw a bunch of weird things together.

DC(or WB) doesn't know how to world build, or at least doesn't have the patience to. That is the main reason the Marvel movies flow so well. DC started out with established characters in their world that we, as an audience didn't have any connection to besides Superman. They threw Wonder Woman in a movie with zero context, and without explaining what her limits are. If you watch Batman V Superman it looks like she is stronger than Superman since she was holding her own against Doomsday. Batman has a whole history in the world that we don't know so we have to pull from other versions of the character to fill the gaps in our heads.
