  1. Why was Hawkman attempting to become Christian Bale's Batman whenever he was suited up

Because some idiot thinks all superheroes who wear masks should have gravely voices like that.

I dont really know much about Hawkman but is the guys normal identity famous then? As thats why for example Batman puts on the voice, but nothing really in that episode led me to believe there was any reason for him to do it

By the end of the episode I was thinking great they have introduced a new team of characters, everyone worked together to take out a villian, and now we are going to see them all get attacked by a big group of bad guys to setup for the second part of th.......oh wait that was it?

  2. Infact I now want Ares on a Fury led team after the issues they have had recently with Ares' kid who Fury is mentoring/bringing up it seems, would result in some great interactions both on and off the field. Plus I want Bullseye dressing up as a new superhero to remain in the team as well with no-one knowing who it really is

  3. I see Ares turning on Norman during Siege so wouldnt mind him as leader of the T-Bolts for awhile if Fury doesnt take over. Really enjoyed Ares, Daken and Bullseye during the Dark Reign run as I hadnt read much of them before, anyone else think the Ares 3 parter was good with his Dark Reign tie in?

  4. Just got round to reading Deadpool 12, was really enjoying the Deadpool/Hawkeye arc as both guys I dig reading and have been experiencing a nice run as of late in alot of titles. The reveal that these guys went to school together was abit random but at least it connected back with the story. Really liked where they were taking Bullseye when he talked about never spending any of the money he earned from killing people and probably has nearly as much as Norman, shame thats already finished as an idea. But the last part of the book with Deadpool infront of the telly kinda soured me on the book, didnt really see the need for it

  5. Xavier was shot in the head by Bishop, which sent him into a coma. Magneto and Exodus, however, were able to revive him.

If I shot someone in the head and he only fell into a coma, I'd be mad as hell.

If you were Bishop and it happened you be even crazier

  6. I think Reynolds is a great choice for the role, not only because he can pull it off but it also brings someone who seems to be coming back again as a star after a quiet period in Hollywood and they seem to have jumped onto him at a great point in time, I think that makes sense lol

  7. Another great episode last night building to the finale really well both through the storyline and the emotion being displayed in them, episode 4 I think had some really good acting in it both from the established cast as well as the extra actors for this series such as the government members

Also, not sure if I want the answer to this until after this series is done, but is there going to be another series of Torchwood after this or not? As im getting the feeling there wont be but I really hope there will be

  8. Truthfully it will work better of they let Dick be Batman for awhile and grow as him (had to watch how/where I entered the word grow there), and then bring Todd in afew months down the road and hype his return

  9. There were rumours the last two days that Reaper was being looked at again for renewal, but really if Sock has got another gig lined up and wouldnt be in it then I wont be too dissapointed to see it go as he would be a big loss to the way the show works and clicks for those who like it

  10. Big suprise if thats who they have picked, was looking at his picture and couldnt remember where I knew him from at first and then it clicked. Really not sure if he can be a lead guy in a Hollywood movie though

  11. Watching the finale to me felt like they had been building all season to a two hour finale and were told a day before they only had an hour and had to cut stuff.

I agree it was shitty to build to the fight all season then end it like that, although Doomsday was only contained under ground wasnt he? I mean Zod could break him out next year, or leave him there for a later film, its not as if that was the fight that killed him was it?

And while its interesting that Lois put the legions ring on and where has she gone, but the legion could have found her in the future and brought her back to exactly that time in the present couldnt they, so theres no need for her to be missing for any amount of time at all. Unless her being away inspires Clark even more and she has to stay away till a certain moment before the Legion bring her back

  12. I liked the last few episodes once things finally started to pick up, but you shouldnt have to wait over half the season for good episodes or for things to kick off. I only kept watching because a friend said the concept starts to click the more you get into it and Whedon's style comes out more after the 6th episode or something, wasnt worth it as even the bright spots werent enough

  13. Im thinking/hoping that Tess will die just so that Perry comes back for the last season to be in charge of the Planet, even though I like the Tess and Oliver interactions as they are two characters I like and have alot more to be explored in them
