  1. Just got and read the final Front Line, was abit of a letdown for the finale here too actually, although there was never really going to be a huge ending for the series, but there wasnt much closure really IMO.

  2. Great listen again Bento cheers, anyone any idea if the artwork they show usually appears on the net or is it strictly just for those there that day?

Glad Thunderbolts was mentioned as its by far the concept that has my imagination running the most, infact just thinking of all the new things stemming from Civil War alot of people will be more interested in different groups due to the change around, anyone have anything they now cant wait for whereas before CW they couldnt be bothered with the comic?

  3. As I mentioned on the Oratory this is by far my favourite episode of Heroes by far, before this weeks episode I thought they had taken Matt as far as they were hoping for and that he was potentially going to be the one killed off. Now the possibilities for Matts character are endless as he now will probably be working for the Paper company, as well as tracking down Mr Bennett and the Haitian then into the other Heroes who he already knows, and dont forget he could be the one to track down Claude as well.

Did they give a name to Mr Bennetts boss at the company or not? The guy who turned up at the house

  4. Weakish ending to the main battle I thought, though the resulting pages opened up a huge number of potential books and series' for them which is what they were after.

The Punisher bit where he picked up Caps mask was intersting as well, are they going to have him break Cap out or have him don the mask and pretend he is Cap to gain some sense of credibility after what happened to him in Civil War or what Cap did to him in his CW tie in.

Thunderbolts are already a highlight for me as the concept is one which can only be dived into futher by the writers, both from the sense of lots of heroes that are hated by them to also political issues due to the guys involved.

Also if Cap does stay in jail for awhile I could see Stark having to come to him for help against Hulk

  5. It was all done to create havoc while still leaving Strak as seemingly the good guy, the havoc would then take Hulks notice when he returns which is mainly what Stark was thinking. The Atlantians thing was nothing to do with Stark and I think he definetly regrets that occuring, but was it his fault or idea with what happened to Norman?

Its either all that, or Stark did it for the ladies

  6. Could of been done before the series started I suppose, most people knew it would come down to Cap vs Stark and smartly didnt show anyone else in the picture fighting as to not guess to who would be on whos side. Just the Spidey thing then really

  7. From aicn.com:

    * The episode, titled “Godsend,” begins with the superimposition “Two Weeks Later” (which puts it just three weeks before Nov. 8, when Manhattan goes boom).

    * As the episode begins, Hiro, Nathan and Peter have all returned to New York, where we learn Hiro’s powers have been diminishing since he failed to rescue his waitress-girlfriend Charlie. Peter, meanwhile, is in a coma, reliving the dream of apocalypse.

    * It turns out that Syler did not escape PrimaTech Paper following the unpleasantness with Eden.

    * Claire’s nerd-pal, Zach, isn’t gone for good after all.

    * Nathan comes to remark that Hiro’s English is much improved. Hiro attributes this to Charlie, who taught him “many things.”

    * Niki, while in Vegas stir, makes a very interesting discovery about herself. I think.

    * We do not learn to whom Jack Bennet reports, but a plural pronoun is employed.

    * The shadowy “Linderman” does not yet surface (at least not overtly), but the name “Linderman” comes up a lot.

    * Peter does not fly, but there are special effects aplenty.

    * The new Christopher Eccleston character is indeed introduced in this episode. He sports a beard and we don’t meet him till near episode’s end.

    * And here’s how it ends, spoiler boys: “Who needs God when you got me?”
