Superman isn't a dark character. That was the problem with Superman Returns. They turned him into a brooding stalker. How do you get darker than that?
Brooding stalker murderer? THere were a lot of problems with the first one, I don't see the need to go dark with Superman. Just get him someone he can fight.

Haven't the last 3 Potter movies basically been "This is the darkest one yet!" I thought the last one was boring as shit. I still have high hopes for this one.
The books follow that pattern. As he gets older the books get darker. The movies are following that also. They went from happy kids on an adventure to running for their lives.
Do the books also follow the pattern of becoming more boring?

Just start from scratch. Revamp the whole thing. Other than Yoda no one wants to see Singer back on another Superman. And find a new Lois.

I just checked over at ImDb and TDK was once again the number 1 movie, beating out Pineapple Express which I think had a bad opening. Anyway I see TDK breaking over 500 mil, but it will sadly not break Titantic's record.

Yea I guess but at least Flash and GL had the JL cartton series, Nightwing has had nothing. A couple of eps in BTAS but that's it.

Old Wounds is one of my favs, and how Nightwing hasn't gotten his own show yet is beyond me. And the fact that he wasn't in at least one JL ep (I'm not counting that extremely brief cameo where you just see his shadow) saddens me to this day. I think they really missed the boat on him.

I'm so terrible when it comes to these I can never remember to download them. Anyway I'm surprised to hear Yoda's hating on SR, because I believe and I could be wrong but I think I had an argument with him on the Tory and he was arguing for Singer and his work on the X-Men movies. Very surprising.
Need to finish listening to the show.

While I know that Venom is hugely popular character in the comics, I'm not too sure about this, espeically since his character was so brutalized in SM3.

I would be excited but this show has butchered ever character from the comics and they are about to butcher Doomsday, just another lamb to slaughter.

To be fair the first Scream was pretty good, and then they fell off the cliff. And of course Jamie Kennedy wants his character back he ain't doing nothing else.
The first was good, it helped establish the plot, motivation and start up a new genre in horror. I liked part 2 more because now the characters are established and its all out about everything. Part 3, the hype around it pretty much killed the film, since it didn't live up to the hype.
And the fact the best actor in the movie died in the first 5 minutes.
