After he's arrested for murder, the number on his mug shot is DC# 38-04-40. This, of course, stands for Detective Comics #38, April 1940: the issue, month and year of his debut. I love when producers drop Easter Eggs like this into shows, 'cause it shows how much they truly love the characters and respect their histories.
