RSS
In the first of a multipart series, Mike and James reviewed the inaugural five episodes of Batman: The Animated Series. Thanks to its moody approach, orchestral score and deep characterization, the show is considered a classic. However, only one of the five episodes demonstrated the full potential of the series. Which one was it, who did Mike call "the greatest character in all of TV" and how is "Pretty Poison" like A Tale of Two Cities? James D.
I'll be much better prepared for our next installment. I had a lot of things on my mind when we recorded that and I think I froze on a couple of occasions. I think this is going to be a great series. Missy
You did seem a little distracted, but it came out fine.
James D.
Ugh, my microphone is garbage. I could barely understand myself and I was the one who SAID all that stuff. I have got to correct this before we record the next installment.
Missy
Yeah, your end was kind of tinny.
Kscriv
I loved the segmetn and I cannot wait for the next one to come out. Only thing I have against it was that the sound was almost worse than my old pieces
James D.
Ha, you KNOW down the road when we're reviewing Episode 83 of BTAS, Mike and I will look back at this and laugh at "how far the series has come since that first episode".
Missy
The audio problems will (hopefully) be resolved by the next BTAS segment. I'm looking into Skype's settings to see if there's a way I can clean things up.
