RSS
Gankutsuou was the first anime I fell head over heels for, and will probably always be my first anime love. It was pretty much the first series that I saw that was not on Cartoon Network or available at my local Blockbuster. The above is from: http://www.earth-2.net/reviews/a/gankutsuou

Kscriv
One of us! One of us! Well done, Hannah. And welcome. Moreso than that... One of US! One of US! (Bren, James back me up on this) That said, I HATED Gankutsuou when I first saw it, the art scheme annoys the hell out of me.
Venneh
Hey, I will freely admit that the art style is very polarizing. You either love it, or you hate it. (Or, if you're like my friend who gets migraines from it, stay the hell away. xD) And thanks, guys. *bluuuush* Quick question, Kellen - you have any plans to do Romeo x Juliet in a Valentines'/Singles Appreciation Day sort of thing? Because I would LOVE to rip that one a new one in the spirit of the holiday. ^^
Guest
New blood! Now you have to go through the initiation! You must conquer... the Aggro Crag! Also, good work. We needed anime people, and this was a damn fine debut piece.
Venneh
Hah, why not? *gets helmet and padding on* And here I thought it was going to be something far harder. xD You people are making me blush. Seriously, it wasn't that good.
Guest
Almost forgot, you have to climb it with Preston on your back. I'm sorry, but those are the rules.
Venneh
Again, I thought this was going to be a challenge.
Guest
True enough. I've been carrying Preston for over four years now! Ayoooooo!
Dan
Almost forgot, you have to climb it with Preston on your back. I'm sorry, but those are the rules. Did the rules change? When I started last year, I had to have Des under one arm and Kellen under the other. It as some kind of double-Canadian qualification thing. You didn't have to do the dance number either.
Dan
I did have to do the dance number, for I have a song in my heart.
Venneh
Wait, dance number? What am I missing here?

Guest
Let's just say it involved tap shoes and a lot of broken glass and leave it at that.
Venneh
Oh, good. I thought it was going to involve poles or something. xD
Dread
Ha! Wait... You mean I didn't have to be stuffed in Dan's armpit? Do you know how badly he smells of clam chowda?!
Guest
It was a sacrifice we were willing to make for the sake of our own amusement.
Kscriv
In all seriousness... I will be reviewing Romeo x Juliet at a later time, likely after the DVD's come out.
