James D. Posted September 28, 2004 Report Share Posted September 28, 2004 I urge everyone to buy the DVD's of this series when they start coming out next month. This series is spectacular. I watched 3 episodes of it at Anime Weekend Atlanta and I was blown away. (It's also the series that my new favorite addictive game, Melty Blood, is based off of.) It is a story about a young man who, through an accident in his early years, is able to see the "Death Lines" inside any living object. If he cuts through these lines that are invisible to everyone else, the victim instantly dies. It's technically a vampire genre series, but in no way, is it your typical bloodsucking adventure. The storyline is very enthralling as are the characters. Check it out. I doubt you will be disappointed. It comes out on October 12th.
