RSS
In this mishmash, last-minute episode of Dread Media, Desmond Reddick goes solo on an impromptu Roadkill Review of theatrical indie film Paranormal Activity, then sits down with Darryll to discuss Happy Birthday to Me. Michael David Sims comes back to the show to discuss The Anchor #1 from BOOM! Studios, and Desmond looks at the disturbing but vacant art film American Gothic. All that plus the following terror tunes: "When the Lights Come On" by Deadbolt, "Happy Death Day" by GWAR, "I'm Gonna Kick Your Ass" by The Moistboyz, "Down on the Farm" by Guns N Roses, and "By Demons Be Driven" by Pantera. Donomark
This'll be the first Dread Media I'll listen to, since I saw and really liked Paranormal Activity.

D-Man
Despite the fact that I'm pissed you saw Paranormal Activity without me, I'm glad you saw it in a theatre and that it's doing so well at the box office. It's great to see independent horror cinema taking a slice of the pie and sticking it to the Saw franchise.
Donomark
So far, I've only listened through the PA review since I got school stuff happening at once, but from what I've heard I really like the show. It sounds honest, and I might start diggin' into the show regularly.

Chadzilla
I checked out Paranormal Activity a few weeks back and enjoyed it, but had the most interesting reaction to it. While watching it I was never really frightened, although it did have me on the edge of my seat every time the lights went out. Then I went home... To a dark and empty house. I didn't get to sleep until well after two in the morning, because I was AFRAID TO GO TO SLEEP!!! I tip my hat to the film and look forward to snagging a DVD copy of it at some point in the future.
