Stavros
Dubs, even though I don't totally agree with your criticism of Leinil Yu, I laughed out loud at how you put it.
Molly
Jesus. Every book gets a skip this week.
Stavros
We had to counter Mike and Dan's relentless optimism and enthusiasm on the podcast.
SuaveStar
Did Dubs just badmouth Big in his review? Tales sounds like its a big waste of time, if I'm honest. And I just finished Blackest Night and HC and I still don't care to read that.
prez
Dubs, I loved your review of "Superior." I scanned the first two pages, couldn't understand any of the bullshit and closed it right back up. And? this book just confirms my belief that for every one great book Mark Millar writes, there are a dozen bad ones. I think you pointed out one of the great mysteries of the modern comics world. Is he a schizophrenic who just manages to take his meds once or twice a year, or does he have a good writer locked up in his basement? Guest
I fully believe that every writer has one great story in him, and if you do something like Red Son, people are willing to forgive you for a lot of shit.
