RSS
It has begun! Join Des and DW on their modern rock odyssey to go in-depth on their favorite bands, album-by-album, track-by-track. Up first is Tool, the masters of art-rock / prog-metal. The album: Opiate, their 1992 EP. Hear the boys dissect this less-than-stellar debut by referencing French brothels, bands they have fought and will fight, Yngwie Malmsteen, and more. It'll blow your face right off. Missy
Excellent debut, you two! You work amazing well together, especially when you disagree. Here's the video of what DW spoke about.
Guest
Fun fact. We recorded this and the following episode 15 months ago. That's how long Des and I have had this in the works.
Dread
Fun fact. We recorded this and the following episode 15 months ago. That's how long Des and I have had this in the works. Every word of that is true. Recorded the same night as our Human Centipede review.
damndirtyape
Great new Podcast. Love the idea of album by album review. Can't wait for the next episode. Just one small thing. The show where Maynard judo throws a fan and pins him to the floor while still singing was from the aenima (how do you get that symbol up) tour 1997 in London at the Astoria. I was at the gig. Amazing. Unless he makes a habit of doing it and this wasn't the only time:)
bobobob_100
the way to find it on itunes is through the earth-2.net presents feed
Missy
the way to find it on itunes is through the earth-2.net presents feed For now, that is. The Dropped D RSS feed has been submitted to iTunes, so it'll have its own proper iTunes store by the end of the week.
Dread
Just because there isn't an iTunes store page for it yet, though there may be by now, all you need is the feed Mike posted in his first reply. Subscribe through that way.
