Truth be told, though I wouldn't call myself a fan of Turner, I thought he did a good job modernizing the Image style. Some of his work I have complained about, and I don't think he was a fit for certain characters, but he had his place and mostly stuck with it.

Loeb has his head so far up his own ass, it's amazing. I know why you hate Slott and Dixon, but why Michael Turner? Also, he's dead. So you might want to remove him from The List since, you know, he isn't producing more work anyway.

Haven't seen the episode, but could Harvey be making a joke?

What's wrong with arcade games being on the list? Numbers four and five were awesome! (Not the games, but the descriptions.)

I highly doubt that. Fox wants money, sure, but I don't see them being so insensitive that they draw parallels between being Emo and living in a death camp. The love interest thing, though, that is a part of Magneto's origin (and it was in Testament), so I wouldn't mind that.

If they're moving forward with a Magneto movie, they should just adapt X-Men: Magneto Testament.

Oh, don't you dare knock Namor, the Sub-Mariner! Marvel's Aquaman? HA! Aquaman wishes he had the badassery that Namor possess in a single hair. While Aquaman is off saving baby seals from poachers, Namor is busy poaching Susan Richards' clam. Ahem. Anyway... Yes, this is the first single issue in a long, long time that has me hyped. Will I buy it? You know, I just might. I don't get to the shop anymore, but I might have to make a trip for this one.

God, I still love that last preview page! I wonder if Loki's slight smile is a sign that she's pulling a few strings. Also, I am not a fan of Mike Deodato, but the way Doom is drawn is brilliant. With the low angle, it reminds us that Doom, like Namor, is regal and fully backs what Namor is about to say. Fuck, I'll even say the panel with The Hood is great, 'cause it too shows what he's all about. By pulling his gun like that, we see that he's still a thug who'll blast his way out of a bad situation. He acts on impulse.

I liked that part, actually, 'cause it felt like Namor saying, "Yeah, you've heard this stuff from me."

Slight bump I know, but here's a preview for the sixth issue. Fucking wow! I want more Bendis-written Namor!
