The usual places I liked it. It is a direct sequel to the movie, which is nice because I always wanted to learn what happened after it ended. Also, NBC is making a TV show based on the Red movies/comics.

He looks a lot like Obi Wan.

It's almost like two separate movies were made. It's weird that so much of the trailer never made it into the movie.

The director has already teased Cable for the sequel.

The rumor is that the studio is fast tracking a sequel because of Fantastic 4's failure at the box office. They already have the date set aside and Deadpool can slide right in there. I think they are desperate for a new cash cow that doesn't have X in the title since they are losing Hugh Jackman and the X-Men series is set for another reboot soon.

I don't see Fox trying again with these characters. If they did try to keep the rights, it will be some kind of crossover with the X-Men. They have a sequel planned, but surely that's on hold.

Fantastic Four is an unmitigated garbage fire It's like all the reviewers are trying to one up each other.

They just announced location and film dates yesterday. Weird.

On CW Xena would be a brooding high school teen warrior who has mixed feelings for her best friend, a male version of Gabrielle. They would fight lots of sexy vampires and werewolves and star everyone from Glee who isn't already on a CW show.

I'm ok with them being too hands on. They make the damn comics to begin with so they know what they are doing. It's worked every movie so far. Just like actors, directors have egos that sometimes won't let them do a movie that they don't control everything on.

So I watched the documentary on the making of the Nic Cage Superman movie. They had some good ideas. I liked his "teddy bear" assistant/robot thing. The light up suit wasn't really as big a deal as everyone thinks. It was only going to be on screen for two minutes while he was inside the resurrection chamber. They actually had around 4 or 5 suits in the movie. Overall I'm glad it never was made, but it wouldn't have been as bad as I originally thought. I still say Cage was absolutely the worst person for the role and his hair looks ridiculous in the test footage. The producer went out of his way to slam Kevin Smith as a terrible writer, but it's obvious that he just wasn't a "Hollywood" writer and wrote it from a comic book guy perspective. The guy really comes off as a douche since now super hero films are made by people in the comic industry.

I'm an adult and I love that show, even if it is a little heavy handed with the lessons.
