  1. Stephen Sommers + Marlon Wayans = Rather cut a finger off than see this film

New additions in bold.
  3. Right on guys, I look forward to checking it out. Not really a Bond fan as I said before but I am a fan of Ian Wilson. Awwww....

Don't forget to job out Cody Harlan. Wait for the summer. It will be a beautiful, beautiful thing to behold. You know, I love you guys. I really do. But sometimes it's like you're speaking another language...
  5. It's been done. Solid Snake wins and not one vote for Nick Fury? Clearly I wasn't around. Damn video gamers! NERDS NERDS NERDS!!! We now return to your regularly scheduled programming. Is Liefeld overrated? Maybe 15 years ago but he's pretty much universally, and excessively, panned nowadays.

It's Kate Beckinsale every time and due to a restraining order, I have no way of acquiring her number at the moment. Consider her part of my "to do" list as well
  7. We do want there to be competition right? In all fairness, Slott is hardly overrated. I don't think he's extremely rated. He's lucky to be around doign the book he's doing at the time he's doing it. Without the Skrully-ness or WWH-iness or Civil War-iness of the Marvel U his sales would not have validated any of his other projects. We've seen this in his track record.

  9. There has to be a strict definition of overrated. A lot of people might say that a certain creator is overrated but they really have no renown. Let's keep it to the "legendary" or those thought of as "modern masters" shall we?
  10. Most overrated? I'd disagree there but he certainly is overrated. He's one of those guys whose turned in a few examples of brilliance and a whole lot of mediocrity.
  11. If you're talking the Elektra Megazine, that shitty nineties book that is maybe the worst art he's ever turned in and story he's written? Or Elektra Lives again which is the same as his regular jaunty stuff?
  12. What's funny to me is that Miller thinks he's so hip by citing Eisner as his only influence when his art is clearly a Kirby-influenced style (almost undoubtedly) and yet when he's so staunch about faithful to source material he makes the movie as if it is an adaptation of a comic book that he created. What a douche.

    Your "to do" list

In order to refrain from slitting my wrists, I have decided to pretend it only includes the next episode of DM and installment of King and I...
  14. Oh, I'm gonna love this.
  15. Both of you guys delivered A Game this week. Well doneski!
  16. Dan hit on something there. There are less R Rated genre films because fifteen year olds drive genre ticket sales. Fact. Who else but people with nothing but disposable income can afford to go to theatres all the time?
  17. I remember watching this on the telly a few years back and being convinced that Hamill and Fisher were genuinely upset that Shatner was opening.
  18. Oddly enough, I think Captain America would be the easiest to make a film of. It would be expensive. But good. Think Saving Private Ryan + Live Free or Die Hard. Bitchin'!
  19. Ah yes, the Michael Bay mantra.
  20. I was thinking more along the lines of him and Jack FETCH! Boo-ya!
  21. I like the idea of Channel 3 Billion but sincerely doubt someone will be able to get something Brazil-like released in theatres...
