Darkseid, Galactus, Silver Surfer, the Spectre, Parallax, Thor, (any Asgardians, really), Juggernaut, Doomsday, "smart" Hulk, Thanos, Surtur, the Phoenix, Magneto. As Drq said, any villain that isn't a psycho would fuck Batman. Right up the ass even. Batman isn't all powerful, and his skills of preparation are very good, but really, I doubt he could prepare for some super powerful being, such as Juggernaut to rape him through his suit.
