Favorite/Best: Doctor Who Christmas Specials

Generally I've been very unimpressed with the Christmas specials. I have to throw my vote for both favorite and best to "A Christmas Carol". Was it brilliant? No. But it was fun, and had some excellent performances.

The Runaway Bride is one of my favorite stories of all time. That said, A Christmas Carol is just such an awesome story for me.

I like "The Runaway Bride" for its introduction of Donna, since she's my favorite companion.

"The Runaway Bride" is tons of fun, making it my favorite. Whereas "The Next Doctor" has more emotion, making it the best.

I haven't been to impressed with the Christmas specials on the whole. I was really not looking forward to the Runaway bride, due to my dislike of Catherine Tates comedy programme. It was a huge surprise to see how great she was as a companion. In this and series 4.

I do have a soft spot for The Next Doctor, mainly because of David Morrissey. But A Christmas carol is clearly the best. Still not great but a lot of fun.

I agree with that. Tate is usually so terrible at comedy to me, I expected the episode to be horrible. But it was great fun.

I am not a fan of the specials, but the Christmas Bride was able to make me not hate Catherine Tate in something. So, I think that was also the best special.
