Missy
Kyle, hands down and by a million miles. He was young and dorky; he constantly made mistakes and rarely felt comfortable in the role. That made him accessible, and I like accessibility in my heroes. No, actually the above is quoted for the truth!! I am so pissed that Hal is back and Kyle is becoming just another green lantern. Hell, at least Guy is back though. Cheap Heat
Kyle was a real hero. A normal person put into an amazing situation with powers he could never begin to understand. This made for some interesting comics and it's why he's not only my favourite Green Lanturn, but one of my favourite characters of all time. Fat DJ
Hal was the qunitessential superhero. He was also more dynamic than Rayner, and it was apparent in the Lantern/Arrow team ups in the 70s. They were both politically (at least ideologically) polarized, and they normally came to a middle ground on most all scenarios.
Cheap Heat
Hal suffered from flawless being syndrome. He was much better as Parallax.
Fat DJ
Hal suffered from flawless being syndrome. He was much better as Parallax. He wasn't flawless. Green Arrow always pointed out his character flaws in the 70s (his conservatism) and since he had no fear, he was overly sure of himself. Cheap Heat
One's political affiliation is hardly a flaw. Unless they're socialist. I'm joking. Though I'm not. And he's cocky because he's the most powerful human in the world. It's this cockyness that made him so powerful because he was so sure of his abilities he could will anything into creation.
