  1. What's your point? That neither man could kill the other? If so, that's untrue because neither (to my knowledge) are invulnerable, whereas Juggernaut is.
  2. DJ: Never the less, it is my belief that nothing can stop Juggernaut. Not the Power Cosmic, not Adamantium claws, not the Hulk or even Superman. He is, be definition, unstoppable.
  3. Upcoming items: Tuesday: Monsters of Horror: The Texas Chainsaw Massacre by Cash Melville Wednesday: Futurama-O-Rama reviewed by Fat DJ
  4. 01. The crystal no longer resides inside Cain. He hurled it into space, yet somehow retains the power. 02. Both Wolverine and Sabertooth are listed as having a durability of 4, and that takes the Adamantium into account. So I have to guess that it either breaks or the metal deflects off the impenetrable hide. Also remember that Captain America's shield (made of Adamantium and Vibranium) has been shattered. Even after it was fixed, it has since been dented and reshaped by Thor. Granted, his shield isn't pure Adamantium, but it goes to show that Adamantium can be damaged. With all this back and forth, why are their only two votes?
  5. The cosmic power would not destroy him. His durability is ranked at 7 -- the max -- according to Marvel Encyclopedia Vol. 2: X-Men and his web profile. And, according to Marvel Encyclopedia Vol. 1, the Silver Surfer's strength and energy projection are both also at 7. Surfer might be able to slow Cain down, but he could not stop him.
  6. I just read that he is invulnerable, but to what degree I do not know. So cutting his heart out (or even slashing his throat after removing the helmet) might prove impossible.
  7. Not to sound dumb, but when did 'Tooth get claws? He always had adamantium bones and nails, but I don't recall claws. (Unless you mean the Ultimate version, whom I can't recall right now.)
  8. And Doctor Doom is... Julian McMahon
  9. Actually, according to Marvel Encyclopedia Vol. 2: X-Men, Juggernaut is 6'10" and 900 lbs. and Sabertooth is 6'6" and 275 lbs. However, they often portray Juggernaut as being over seven feet tall. And 'Tooth only looks bigger than he is because he's always paired against the 5'3" Wolverine.
  10. I would love to see a good writer and artist tackle this fight, however. Holy shit, it would be bloody violent!
  11. If Wolverine can't (hasn't?) cut Juggy, then 'Tooth can't either. Meaning, Creed can't win.
  12. Here's an easy way to answer this question: Has Wolverine ever cut Juggy?
  13. I think whatever the suit/helmet is made of can't be cut through -- not even by adamantium. But don't hold me to it.
  14. At CCI they mentioned something about a Nightcrawler series, but I'm unsure if it's another mini or an ongoing. And I would have to say Spoiler (from the Bat-books). Granted, she's in the role of Robin (IV) right now so she technically has her own title, but I don't see that being a permanent change and would like to see her on her own -- unaided by the Bat-crew or the Birds of Prey.
  15. Oh man, this is a tough one. I'd say Juggernaut because he can't be stopped, but if 'Tooth can get the helmet off he could strike at Cain's face and throat. Hmmm... I need to think about this one.
  16. During the Avengers Disassembled panel at Comic-Con International someone asked a thought provoking question: "How is it that Hawkeye, the most popular Avenger, can't sustain his own title yet remains so popular amongst the fans?" To this Avengers Editor Tom Brevoort responded, "Some characters work better in a team environment, because they need other characters to play off of." So that got me thinking. Which characters that are better known as team players need their own titles?
  17. What comic books that have been sent to cancellation Heaven need to make a return, and, on the flip side, what comic books do you never want to see again?

    Venom v Carnage

Has anybody actually read this book? It came out last Wednesday, and I was hoping to hear something about it.
  19. If there was any doubt that Catwoman was a bomb, let it be gone! In the one week since its release, Catwoman has earned $29.8 million worldwide. Not only that, but its box office numbers have fallen by 63.6% in one week. In that it has become the 100th biggest 2nd weekend drop ever. Not only will come nowhere near the $100 million budget, but it's still shy of the $35 million it cost to market this heap. I truly hope Warner Bros. has learned something from this, and tweaks Constantine before its February release.
  20. Didn't Galactus' skull land in the middle of NYC in an issue of FF about two years ago? If so, doesn't that mean he's dead (or, at the very least, can die)? Then again, he's coming back and is looking for a new herald, so maybe it wasn't his skull after all.
  21. Master Yoda made a Darth Maul wallpaper.
