  1. Making a Die Hard PG-13 pretty much guaranteed it wouldn't be as good as the past ones.
  2. Ron Perlman did such a great job in the cartoon that he's the only voice I want to hear behind Terminator's mask. Oh, and they better call him by his full name, or atleast Deathstroke. No more of this "Cartoon Network thinks Daethstroke the Terminator is too violent of a name so call him Slade" shit.
  3. So who do you think is the best young star of today? My vote is for Ryan Gosling. If you haven't seen his performances in The Believer and Half Nelson, go see those movies now.
  4. Never played any of the games in my life. I just never got the attraction.
  5. really....I mean really
  6. which is a little scary considering it's full of car chase action. I haven't seen it, but going on reviews Tarantino's is less about car chases and more about character interaction and talking.
  7. So far the reviews I have read have praised Rodriguez's side of the film, while saying Tarantino's ends up slowing the movie down almost to a halt.
  8. If it's done on HBO no holds barred style like the Sopranos, it could turn out decent. Sin City just will not work on regular television.
  9. New York is the safest city in America now...
  10. But Sabu doesn't speak english....
  11. I'm with you Yoda, this has got to be an April Fool's Day joke. If it is, I can't wait to see the fans on the internet explode ala the infamous "Not Without My Anus" incedent.
  12. I'm pretty much in agreement that the Cell saga sgould have ended the series. It would have been a perfect ending as James already said in the points he listed.
  13. I won't speak for anyone else, but I log in on only one computer. I only use one computer, but I haven't had the log out problem in a couple of days now, though.
  14. Are you planning on bringing back the sidebar that shows the new forum posts for the main page?
  15. Maybe I spoke to soon. The two times I went on my computer so far today, I've had to log on. It has happened to me a couple times, too, over the passed few days but not enough to really bother me. It seems pretty random, as i didn't have to log back on this time.

    Nerd Moments

I never thought of owning soundtracks as being "nerdy". I'm a huge fan of orchestra's and own alot of movie/video game soundtracks. Too me that was just appreciating beautiful music rather than nerdy, just because it was composed for a video game doesn't make it just for nerds. That's pretty slick.

    Nerd Moments

So we've all had those moments where we've stopped and said to ourselves, "Man, I'm a nerd." So i thought it would be fun to share some. My most recent one would have to from playing FFXII last year. During the Gilgamesh mark hunt, I recognized and named all the swords he uses during both parts of the fight.

  19. Bring back the dark skin, the default's too bright for me
  20. The only time I had to log back in was after the forum upgrade. If you have your computer set to delete your cookies and temporary internet files each time you log off, that might explain it.
  21. Spoiler ahead Serious Spoilers, you've been warned To build on Yoda's original post: In Captain America #25, Steve Rogers is shot in the shoulder, chest, and stomach by a sniper on his way up the steps to Federal Court. In the ensuing crowd chaos, he is shot three times with a shotgun, and later appears to die of his injuries. It is later revealed that the plan was orchestrated by the Red Skull; the sniper was Crossbones, and Sharon Carter, under a hypnotic suggestion by Dr.Faustus, was the person who had shot Rogers in the stomach. Marvel Entertainment editor in chief Joe Quesada said, however, that a Captain America comeback wasn't impossible. The character's death came as a blow to co-creator Joe Simon, who said 'We really need him now.'"
