  1. Your comparing Doomsday to Onslaught? Doomsday not even in the same league as Onslaught, let alone ball park. In terms of raw physical power, they are pretty level. That's where the comparison comes into play. Onslaught has Doomsday beaten in every other stat, though.
  2. Holy fuck, I forgot Kingdom Hearts. Stupid ending, but an awesome fun game.
  3. How does the link playing work? Can someone explain it to me because I am very close to buying this game.
  4. PLEASE tell me you are joking. Sub-Zero is a master of his abilities and he's one of the world's deadliest martial artists. Iceman wouldn't stand an ice cube's chance in hell against Sub-Zero. Besides, SZ would murder Iceman without hesitation and feel no remorse for soing so.
  5. Name: The Violent Messiah Age: 28 Powers: The ability to fly. Shapeshifting. Immunity to psychic attacks and probes. Costume: Black trenchcoat, black leather boots up to my knees, sunglasses; mostly black clothing; Kevlar-reinforced lining on all clothes. Base/City of Operations: Atlanta, GA Normal Weapons: Staff made of nearly unbreakable bamboo. Throwing projectiles--knives, stars, shurikens, smoke bombs, bladed playing cards; if necessary, small guns as well. Special Weapons: A sword cane with an unbreakable metal sheath and blade. The sheath can be used as a blunt weapon itself if necessary. Fighting Style: Armed and unarmed combat, both grounded and airborne Special Training: Martial artist, expert detective/deductive skills; shafeshifting and flying ability allows for ease in spying on enemies and criminal activities. Weakness: Frail, lightweight body--easily broken by those stronger than myself. Heat of 100 degrees Faranheit or higher causes extreme physical exhaustion almost instantaneously. Motivation: As a child, I was alone and fended for myself on the harsh city streets. I studied martial arts and weaponry my whole life to help protect myself. All the violence I've seen in my life has forced me to use my own style of vigilantism. This is my cause. Origin: Somewhere in the Southern United States; how he got to Atlanta is unknown because it was at a very young age. Family: Rumored to have a younger brother and a sister, but no other information to prove it as of now. Secret identity: Christopher K. Gardner--5th grade teacher in a suburb of Atlanta. Race: Human being Sidekick: No one, though I wouldn't rule out having a partner down the line. Team: If a team decided to form dedicated to protecting Earth and stopping crimes, I would join (albeit probably reluctantly).
  6. Jesus, is this even a contest??? Sub-Zero would absolutely DESTROY Bobby Drake. First off, he is a ninja; and ninjas always beat smart-ass punks like Drake. Not to mention the fact that Sub Zero has no qualms about ripping people's heads and spinal cords out, whereas Iceman would most likely never kill anyone. Sub-Zero is the better fighter, he's smarter and he's MUCH more experienced than Iceman. He doesn't even need his ice powers to beat Drake because he's a fucking NINJA. He could kick the shit out of him in like 27 seconds. No doubt about it--Sub-Zero would OWN Iceman.
  7. I give this one to Doomsday. If Onslaught could put the big, green lug down when he's at his angriest, then Doomsday can. Not saying Hulk wouldn't make it a hell of an awesome fight, but Doomsday would outlast him.
  8. The Surfer. Why? 1.) The Power Cosmic at his disposal, which Superman doesn't have. 2.) He can travel at light speed, which Superman cannot do. 3.) Surfer doesn't have to breathe or ingest food to stay alive, whereas Superman does. And in No Man's Land, food is scarce. So basically, Surfer could fly around at light speed for days on end while Superman starves to death floating there.
  9. Xenogears, Xenosaga Episode I, and Final Fantasy X. Xenogears was brilliant all around. It had the greatest story in any video game ever. Period. Xenosaga--people complain about the cutscenes, but I thought they made it all the more enjoyable. FFX--goofy at points, but it was a damn good game.
  10. THANK YOU. He gets knocked around easier than almost ANYONE. If you have any skill at all (i.e., you can get his damage meter to 65%) you can kill him. I'm a Kirby mark/pro and I'll admit that without hesitation. He's a great survivalist, but he can be knocked out with relative ease.
  11. What the hell is Catwoman about anyway? What's the storyline???
  12. If you saw Wolverine's vain attempt at fighting Galactus by himself, then you'll know he has no hope against Superman. While Supes can't swallow worlds, he can still potentially destroy them.
  13. I don't get how people say the PS2's is so awful. It's perfect, I think.
  14. You've never heard of Nightwing?!?! Awww, man! You don't know what you're missing out on. Actually, if you've seen the third Batman movie you have. They make a reference to the name when Dick is trying to pick a secret identity -- before settling on Robin. Yeah, but since when have we given credit to anything in the 3rd or 4th Batman movies?
  15. I thought Ultron was a supervillain, not a superhero...
  16. She's a goddess. I truly believe DC keeps her down/makes her look weaker than she is so that Superman can remain at the top. Imagine if all of a sudden someone else in the DCU were physically stronger than Superman -- it would make him look bad. (Start the comparisons to HHH now.) Wonder Woman is immortal anyway. She was formed from the clay of Themiscyra and granted the attributes of the Olympian gods--wisdom, speed, strength, endurance, hunting prowess, sisterhood to the hearth, beauty and love. She should be ranked above Superman any day of the week.
  17. DC The only Marvel comic I actively follow anymore is Wolverine. I am the biggest Batman mark alive. Plus, I'm a huge fan of Justice League, Green Lantern and Teen Titans. I just like the stories more in DC, I guess.
  18. Al Ghul has always been drawn with semi-pale skin even though he was originally Arabic. It won't be a problem. I think on the cartoons (i.e., Batman/Spuerman Adventures), they gave him a slightly British-like accent.
  19. WHY IS TALIA NOT THERE??? :bang: She is an INTEGRAL part of Ra's Al Ghul's and Batman's rivalry.
  20. WOW, some people have WAY too much fucking time on their hands.
  21. I think Xenogears was horrendously overlooked by the general public. I mention it to people all the time and they haven't a clue what it is. IT'S THE GREATEST VIDEO GAME EVER, YOU FREAKS!!!!
