How does Daredevil have more than four? Would his supersenses make up for the lack of sight? Otherwise, technically, he does have four senses. Unless you count the sonar "vision." Then it's wrong.
I meant it was wrong of me to laugh at it. DD only has four senses: hearing, taste, smell, and touch. His hearing is what allows him to have the radar, so though it acts as sights, it's not.

I've got a chipped PS1 around here somewhere, I should pick Silent Hill up on import. Are you going to review the others too? I noticed you've got Silent Hill 2 listed as your favourite, are you one of the rare ones, like myself, who decided that 2 was better than the others? I've reviewed all the games in the series myself on PW, easily my second favourite game series of all time and the best survival horror series, bar none. Anyway, there can never be too many Silent Hill fans.
And I'm glad to be aboard, A. Already I'm seeing some fondly remembered Oratory guys. Coolness.
I'm planning on reviewing it, once I grow a set. Seriously, I can't play it alone.

Cool review. Anything that promotes the goodness of Silent Hill is okay in my book, though I don't agree with you on the monster design, I freakin' hated that crap. Far too random for the theme of the game, although the PAL version I have neutered the design a little, so I know I've missed one or two decent creatures from my version.
The PAL version was neutered beyond belief. I honestly can't really believe that they did that, especially if they knew the symbolism behind the monsters.

Does anyone know which part of the Tsunade/5th Hokage story arc the anime is on? I seriously need to catch up but I really don't want to download episodes that are all filled with dialogue.
They're not that heavy on dialogue, from what I've seen. But I think the anime is way, way, way behind the manga. I don't even know if they've gotten to that arc yet.

I love this anime and A.logan knows so. I think it was me who initially got you into it. And yes I am completly up to date on everthing. I can't wait to see the movie.
I just wished Shino was put into the group that went to save Sasuke.
Speaking of that and you being up to date, who has the tape? The one with the epsiodes I need to see. Because I need them bad. I'm starting to see the cursed seal on my arms.
I don't have any tapes. If you can give me a couple of cd's I can just put them on there. They would be better quality. Ha you have school tomarrow

Sweet! The Dreamcast is one of the most underrated systems ever. There are legit classics on that system, and it was out during a time that Nintendo was still finishing the Gamecube. Sega's had more systems during the classic time period that this is confined to, but I'm unsure as to if that's good or bad. I guess it's good, because it shows that Sega was able to put out quality material on more systems in the same amount of time.

First, a question. Did you ever play Genesis/Mega Drive? Because it had it's share of good games and future classics, just like the SNES. There's no way it's crap.
Second, a question to all. Is the Dreamcast eligable for this discussion/forum at all? It's done, just like the Saturn, N64, SNES, Genesis, NES, and SMS.

What's this "Sega" you speak of?
You know, the thing that was putting out these quality games, and was about 10 metric tons better than the SNES.

Where did you guys worship? The Temple of Sonic, or at the Altar of Mario?
I was a Sega guy, right after the NES, I got a Genesis/Mega Drive. I had the Sonic games, Streets of Rage, the Madden series, the Spider-man side scrollers, and all these other really good games that I can't remember.
My cousins were Nintendo guys. They had a SNES after the NES. They had all kinds of good games, LOZ: LTTP, Mario World, Mario Kart, Mario RPG, and about a dozen others that are being called classics now.
Where did you get your fix, and why?

After watching like the billionth ad for AvP, I finally concluded just why it will suck. We can see the Aliens. The intrigue of the other Alien films was the suspense of not knowing where they were hiding, or where they were coming from. They relied on the darkness to pry into our primal fears, and jolted us with unearthly sounds. The Aliens were only seen when they needed to be, and even then were kept partially in shadow. But when you cast a light directly on our fears, exposing them, no matter how creepy they might look, they no longer have the impact they once held.
Well said. It's like the "Monster under the Bed" in that you can't see it, but you know it's there. Freaky. In this case, they turned the Monster into something you can see, and robbed him of his scare factor.

As soon as i'm all caught up with all of One Piece (OMFG 300+ chapters!!!), I'll check this out. But are you talking bout the manga or the anime? Cuz i've seen a couple pics from the anime and its :OMG: :OMG: :OMG: :respect: :rockon: :rockon: :rockon:
So far, the manga, but a friend of mine tells me the anime is awesome too. I can speak on the manga, and it is awesome.

Fullmetal Alchemist is a series about two brothers that are on a quest to learn how to resurrect their mother, who died shortly after their father left them. The catch is, all the rest of the alchemists are adults, and the younger brother, Alphonse, is a voice inside a suit of armor. This manga and anime is stellar. I love it. Give it a shot, will ya?

I'm somewhat surprised no one has voted for Caped Crusader, even out of nostalgia.
I would be willing to wager that no one has because the name kinda assumes that he's the only one. I mean, Robin wears a cape sometimes, too.

The Dark Knight fits Batman. He never really fights crime during the day, right? It also stands for his mental struggles. Any man that thinks that it's okay to fly around and beat the hell out of criminals is obviously touched in the head.
