I just got done reading this. I would not call that character an analogue to anyone. Also if the idea of witch hunter Batman was offensive to anyone I think they will be pleasantly surprised

Add to that, she has a cat on her shoulder. And, if you want to add to that, she has always loved Bruce and always will. Blackest Knight revealed that Diana is in love with him too. And Batman RIP revealed that Zatanna has a thing for him too. Then there is Talia running around depending on who is writing the character. So that might not mean a whole hell of a lot.

Doesn't look like Hal to me, could be Tim (out of Red Robin suit) or Kyle. I might even say it could be Knightwing back in his old suit to avoid confusion. It's Hal. The Rip Hunter crossover is going to be about what Rip, Booster, Superman, and Hal are doing during this.

I am assuming this stuff gets explained in Batman and Robin or the Rip Hunter crossover.

The problem with this episode were the one off charcters. And the fact that nothing happened to the point that this probably did not need to be a two parter.

If it was like Terminator Salvation it can be a movie where they feel obligated to use Taylor despite not wanting to have anything to do with the character and then an idiotic plot twist can get leaked and the backlash can cause the ending to change yet the rest of the movie can still be blatantly leading to the stupid swerve that will no longer be happening.
