Speaking of things I hate. I hate people who come to me for tutoring who haven't even read the fucking chapter that they need to have read for class tomorrow, and expect me to explain it for them w/o them reading it. NO. WRONG. THAT IS NOT THE WAY THIS WORKS. YOU DO HAVE TO DO THE READING, I WILL NOT DO IT FOR YOU, AND MEETING WITH ME WHEN YOU HAVE NOT DONE THE READING (EVEN THOUGH I AM MEETING WITH YOU LATE ENOUGH THAT YOU SHOULD'VE HAD TEH CHANCE TO DO IT SEVERAL TIMES OVER) IS A WASTE OF BOTH YOUR TIME AND MINE. This rant bought to you by several days of irritation at this kid I'm tutoring. (Why would you call yourself Skoob?!)

I work at a state campground over the summer, that took care of any good will towards humanity. The job here is a plus, though, as it gives me an in with the department.

I'm in a digital lab on campus somewhere working on editing all the little dust specks out of images/amping up contrast so that people can see the images on these rings for a prof. It pays pretty well, but it's still mind-numbingly boring.

Nothing gives you the warm fuzzies quite like a professor who you're working for telling a coworker/the lady who runs the lab where you do most of the work you need to do that prof that she wishes there were ten of you working for the department. ^^

I'm pretty sure there was a Venn somewhere in a book series I loved as a kid (the Claidi series, I'm inclined to say); Venneh has been a long time handle and is probably a play off of that.

Fuck, I've known you for years and I don't know if it's Kree-ger or Kroo-ger. Really? They can't say Hannah? You'd be surprised. Or my last name. I second alcohol. In fact, I'm on my second Smirnoff Raspberry Burst Ice. And who knows, that ability might be genetic, Preston, all might not be lost.

I couldn't tell you why I'm so against the Ultimate U. All I've seen of it has been what's happened to it in the last year (which was mostly Ultimatum-influenced, though I did like the last Spidey Ultimatum). ... Also, I hate my brain.
