  1. Damn. Worth a try, I guess.
  2. Hm. A lot more sexy/supernatural than I would have thought Holmes.
  3. Sightly better, what with the Harlem Rennaissance going on? I mean, if it was the 19th century, then we'd be in the 1800s, and things would be pretty much the suck.
  4. To be fair, it is the 1920s.
  5. So, apparently someone in the Con at school (all of whom are notorious for overworking themselves to the point of sickness) has caught swine flu. Administration is apparently trying to keep it on the DL, but the rumor mill and paranoia is doing its work. Let the epic stupidity begin. ...Wait. Does this mean I can not go to classes b/c I might catch the swine flu? Is paranoia a legitimate excuse? xD
  6. I'm not really sure what to think about it in that department. I don't know if Tiana's still a cleaning girl like she was before, and I will admit that there are some... interesting stereotypes w/r/t the voodoo part of it. I'm willing to give it a shot, though. (I do know that the voice of Goliath from Gargoyles is doing the voice of the villain of the movie, which should be quite nice, at the least.)
  7. Princess and the Frog trailer YES. PLEASE. DECEMBER NOW.
  8. And thank you, yet another image I did not need in my head. *brain bleach times!*
  9. No prob. Haven't played the games myself in quite some time, but I'm pretty sure that's what does it.
  10. You at the stage where you've got a Pokemon with the Flash HM?
  11. Decided to replay Kingdom Hearts II on a whim. ...You know, I forgot how long some of these cutscenes were. Along with the fact that I'm something like two hours in, and I'm still not done with the prologue/tutorial part of the story.
  12. Alan Arkin <3. And he has some of the best lines in the movie. Or indirectly causes some of them.
  13. Little Miss Sunshine. God, I haven't watched this in a while. Beautiful, darkly funny movie.

See, I prefer the live version of it over the version of it on Swagger. But, in general, my top five Flogging Molly songs fall out something like this: -Seven Deadly Sins -Devil's Dance Floor -Black Friday Rule -The Likes of You Again (live version) -Float

"The Likes of You Again", Flogging Molly, Whiskey on a Sunday This has to be one of my all-time favorite songs of theirs. Has to be the live version.

's in my Top 25 Most Played on iTunes. "Yuna's Theme", Final Fantasy X OST, which, on shuffle, segues into.. "Sega Saturn Opening", Revolutionary Girl Utena OST (apparently there was a game for it on the Sega Saturn?).
  18. I don't think he was playing against type so much. He was still basically the wise old black man, .
  19. If you're Republican. I saw this in the theatres with a friend, didn't really think much of it. The character I liked most was the Russian guy. I thought some of the effects went a bit over the top, and I could see the plot twists coming five minutes into the movie. It was okay, but nothing I'd go out of my way to see again. My friend went to see it just for James McAvoy. xD

    PSP Future

There is no official picture there, but the unofficial picture just looks like a phone, in the sense of how it opens, and it has control systems similar to the DS. So long as you didn't slide it closed while it was playing, it doesn't look too difficult to use.

"Yoshi's Victory Theme", SSSB OST, which, on random segues into... "Beat Box", Matisyahu
  22. I'm out for now on how it looks; I'd like to see more of it before I decide.
  23. Ahem: KHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAANN! This is all.
  24. Watched Star Trek last night; it was the first Star Trek movie I've seen in theatres. I really, really liked it. Everything was beyond beautiful; the settings, the cast, the ships, everything. The cast gelled really well, and still managed to establish themselves as separate characters. There were so many tiny details, too, like why only Kirk calls McCoy Bones, references to Wrath of Khan, just awesome in general. I also like how they're firmly establishing this as a separate continuum. Have to especially mention Scotty and Chekov. So awesome. And one very specific scene at the end was beyond amazing. Going to see this again if I get the chance.
  25. World War Z, by Max Brooks.. I think that about says it right there.
