Wow, Hotstreak was in two episodes this week and you didn't call him some variation that I recall. I'm impressed.

Geoff Johns was one of the guests announced today to be at C2E2 in April but I'm oddly more excited that Jill Thompson is going to be there. Brief Lives was one of my favorite arcs on Sandman.

I'm calling it. Guy Gardner is going to become the White Lantern. He's getting his very own red ring in GLC. He used Sinestro's ring for awhile back in the 90's so he's already touched the yellow light. (The yellow is unreadable so never mind on that.) Part of seeking out Sinestro's ring was Guy wanting to be a hero at any costs. He's a green Lantern obviously. He was a special needs teacher and he hired down on their luck heroes at his bar showing great compassion. He definitely loves Ice. So, he really just needs a moment of great hope and I think he has it clinched.

As a person who gets the Angel Ongoing, John Byrne has actually written a few issues including a WW2 mini that wasn't too bad. That said, Angel Vs. Frankenstein was far from his best work on the book. Oh well. Might have been better if they had used the Buffy-Verse Dracula but he's also being used in the Buffy ongoing so understandable for not doing so.

Gail Simone has confirmed on her Twitter that she wrote an episode for Season 2 so I'm guessing that would be Birds of Prey. You all can't see me but I'm doing my happy dance.

I'm really hoping for an End of Time promo after this week's episode. On that subject, a promo image for The end of Time. Don't think it's even vaugely spoilery:

Cree Summers is like one of the best voice actresses currently out there to the point where in Kids Next Door, the writer's, knowing she would voice a character, named it Cree. That said, hey, even Meryl Streep was in She-Devil so all actor's have to play that one roll that is less than an awesome. I dislike Max about as much as anyone on the board and I refuse to let that overshadow the woman that gave us Penny, Number 5, and Foxy Love. I'm sure everyone else would agree.

It was a good show. You know, up until about the time that we had Delta Burke as the super-villain, The Wedding Destroyer. That might be the point the show jumped the shark into campville but still, it was mostly good.

...fine. I'll grab the lube. It could be worse. At least you've never been told that you scare people.
