Cheap Heat
This supposedly will be the next big thing out of Marvel, planning a huge shake up of the Avengers. Best of all is it's being written by Bendis! I have to say, the cover of Avengers #503 looks AWESOME.

Darque Edge
After reading it (and this is the first issue of Avengers I've EVER read): Wow. Just.....wow. An insane amount of stuff happened in this issue, and I marked out big time.

I'll remember that for next time, which will probably be right after I read this book.

Hawkeye! Cool! Who's that? She-Hulk! Cool, Bendis Dialogue rocks. Who's that? Oh, it doesn't matter, he/she just died suddenly! Wow! Cool!' Missy
I finally got around to reading Avengers 500 and was like Oh my God! throughout the entire issue. Ant-Man's death was no surprise and neither was Vision's, but the appearance of five Ultron's and the way Vision died literally left me in shock. Stellar book! ragernok2002
How comics are in the series?
Drubot
Since it was only the first issue of the story arc, I didn't expect so much things to happen. There were so many OH SHIT moments that after i finished reading it, I felt sorry for them and it left me wondering if there was anything worse that could happen. Missy
How comics are in the series? Four, I believe: 500-503. However, nearly every Avenger spin-off title (Captain America, Iron Man, etc.) ties into the mayhem. Some non-Avengers books, such as Spider-Man, tie-in as well. it left me wondering if there was anything worse that could happen. Yes. Much. S-T
OK, Hawkeye "dies". There's no body, so he's not dead. Even if he is dead, will he stay dead? Respectfully cynical,

elevenball
Yep. It's true. Clint Barton, Hawkeye, is dead. On the cover of Avengers #502, they said that either Hawkeye, Wasp, Hank Pym, or Scarlet Witch would die. If Bendis would have killed Wanda Maximoff I would have never read anything he ever wrote ever again (including Ultimate Spidey). I was hoping that it would be Hank Pym or Wasp, cause I've always thought that Hawkeye was great, especially as a foil to the Avengers cut in the mold of Captain America. Still, Hawkeye goes out like a champ, singlehandedly bringing down a big ass Kree ship. Great death--I hope Marvel doesn't cheapen it like they did with Colossus. Missy
And that's the number one rule in comics. Number two being: If there is a body, it must have been a clone or a robot.
Darque Edge
Am I the only one that has kept up with this? Was that latest issue awesome, or was that awesome? It felt like a couple of pages were missing (Cap going to SW so quickly), but even so, it was exactly what I was hoping would happen, and makes perfect sense. I thought this was brilliant stuff. ragernok2002
yeah I know what you mean, felt like there was a few missing, but since I am only starting to get into avengers, a lot of the stuff about wanda that strange said I didn't know. Is hawkeye really dead though?
S-T
The "Avengers Finale" was great as well. The lack of an Avengers team ties in quite well to the "Thunderbolts" reunion.
