You Know Who
Two suggestions (this applies to First Issue Special too): 1) A thing or two from the Milestone wing of the DC universe, in light of the passing of Dwayne McDuffie. 2) Something related to either of the characters mentioned here: http://www.thedailyshow.com/watch/tue-march-1-2011/batman-s-muslim-sidekick?xrs=synd_facebook
dc20willsave
I'm easy to please but I think these are two of the best comics I've read in the last few months. Doctor 13: Architecture & Morality. Morning Glories vol.
You Know Who
A Hawkman book. This segment has yet to review one and believe Tom said somewhere that he had an affinity for the character.
Kenny Evil
Let's see what we can do. Any that you'd recommend? My only experience with hawkMan was when he turned off the bomb in Animal Man.
Stavros
I like Hawkman, I have a Hawkman T-shirt that's only mildly more questionable than my Aquaman shirt. John's run on that character was good. Only thing is that we're doing a Geoff Johns book as the previously this month, so we might have to wait a little bit to come back to his work. Definitely something I'd consider worth a look though, a least in the earlier trades since there's a lot of tie ins creatively and in story with the revived JSA book of the time. You Know Who
I know you're going out of your way to review bad books in the next episode or too of the segment, but here's a few suggestions for when you go back to reviewing good ones: -Daredevil: The Devil Inside and Out, Volume 1 -The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, Volume 1 -Gotham Central: In the Line of Duty
Stavros
Good suggestions, I'm always looking to highlight Gotham Central and both Chris and myself like the League. Is The Devil inside and Out the first volume of the newer DD book?
You Know Who
It's the first volume of Brubaker's run, collecting issues 82 to 87.
Stavros
Ah yeah, I read that one too. We'll probably cover those books or some variation. I might go with Half a life or for GC, and I'd actually like to look at one of the later LXG books like 1910 or 1969. They're all under consideration.
