Stavros
Timur Bekmambetov is one of my favourite action directors going, so this should be a lot of fun. Nightwatch, Daywatch and Wanted were all startlingly innovative on the action front so I'll be greatly looking forward to this one.
D-Man
I haven't read the book but I'm pretty sure it wasn't in 3D.
Stavros
I haven't read the book but I'm pretty sure it wasn't in 3D. If you haven't read it how do you know? Might be a pop-up book.

JackFetch
Benjamin Walker has landed the title role of Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter, to be directed by Timur Bekmambetov (Wanted). Seth Grahame-Smith, who wrote the novel which inspired the film, also penned the script. Timur Bekmambetov will also co-produce with Tim Burton and Jim Lemley. The story centers on the president's quest to rid the world of vampires, presented as the real conflict behind the Civil War. Walker recently starred in "Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson," both on- and off-Broadway. 20th Century Fox has scheduled the film, to be shot in 3D, for a release on June 22, 2012. Shooting starts in March. http://www.comingsoon.net/news/movienews.php?id=73559#ixzz1CIqaq9gf

dc20willsave
Trent Reznor is being rumored to score the film as well as play the vampire that kills Lincoln's Mother.
JasonC
What I really would like to see is an adaptation of either 'Mr Darcy, Vampire' or 'Pride & Prejudice and Zombies'. Maybe even 'Queen Victoria, Demon Hunter'

JackFetch
The first time I saw the book I actually laughed out loud in the store. I'm pretty sure that's the reaction they wanted.
