My main response will be coming in a day or so, while I assemble my thoughts on the matter in a coherent manner. But I would like to refine my statement a little: Most - with one or two exceptions -of their output sucks.. etc etc. But my first response would be to hold up Constantine and Green Lantern as first examples. And my second is that Reeves' Superman and Keaton's Batman are my favourite renditions of the characters.

Sat down and watched the first four eps. I was getting really worried about halfway through episode 1; its had started really well, but then slowed down with lots of blah blah blah. I was bored. But I stuck. And was rewarded with the next three episodes. Standout moments so far? The fight scene at the end of episode 2 and the end of episode 4.

I know someone who genuinely thinks Winter Soldier is a terrible movie. And that Scarlett Johansen is awful as Black Widow. Takes all kinds.

I love this show. It makes me feel like a kid again.
