  1. Haven't watched yet, but I have seen people take the anti-Hemmings position and state that this is more epic than Avengers: Endgame. I'm inclined to agree, simply to rile up Tom.
  2. I said Wikipedia, not IMDB. Still, to test your theory, let's compare Wiig's filmography from Bridesmaids onwards (for films only) against all of Lilly's films. I'll use spoiler tags for legibility. Kristen Wiig: Evangeline Lily Either way, that will at least spell out some available choices.
  3. Please, she isn't Evangeline Lilly....

  5. Yes, you can help influence not only the film Pandy & I use as the joint review, but the homework we assign each other to plot the range of their career. As announced in Episode 70, our subject will be Kirsten Wiig. Pandy & I will take an executive decision on what makes the joint review by Saturday 21 December so get your ideas in before then! NB) Remember, we need films where she is at least third billed. So we're not doing Knocked UP, for example.
  6. New digs always represent an exciting milestone! Especially if a) you're not sharing, and b) have free rein to decorate.
  7. "And Rorschaach's friend with the animals! (When he's not clowning around!)"
  8. On the issue of Laurie seemingly casually undressing as she starts to be in to Dan's apartment (page 19), my reading is that Dan's projected feelings are coming across in panel #4. Laurie in this issue is always shown to be in a red top beneath her coat. At the top of the page, she is out of her coat and simply wearing her top. In panel #4, whilst she is still wearing the red top as she was the previous 3 panels, Dan is seeing her mirror reflection as their previous meeting, when they got close - coat with no top underneath.
  9. OH!!! OH, OH, OH!!!!! John and his dad are - Watchmen!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well, tickle me pink. Catching up with my collected trade on my lap, hence I can only do this when not at work/commuting. This is a brilliant podcast btw.
  10. It'll be a nice homage but given the cast of Tucker & Dale, I doubt that said victim had a relationship with Samantha with Lucas being on the scene. EL would have been mid 30s at youngest in terms of character age, which I doubt one of those college boys would've been into or vice versa.
  11. Loved how much of a bugbear the pizz oven was to Dave. His white whale, as it were.....
  12. That has the makings of the greatest Smackdown ever. But jeez, the WWE are so fucking stupid for getting themselves into this predicament.
  13. I may be late to the party, as they apparently had the same music in ROH, but I'm in love with SCU's entrance/music.
  14. What Don said - I was playing along with my collected series. And yes, I told everyone what to think of the movie in Episode 311 of The Show. Lord knows what I said though - that was 10 years ago.
  15. Female lead's dad/nuclear scientist susceptible to hypnotism.
  16. Nancy's mother - also wasted, from a technical standpoint.
  17. Cultaholic are based in the city where I live. If you want me to toddle across for an interview....
  18. IIRC, that was very much the route Barker/the producers wanted to go down, but Claire Higgins wasn't interested in more sequels. She is on record as saying for Hellraiser 2 "Well, I had to come back - I play the queen of Hell!"
  19. Also, how can a company that employs c.200 wrestlers and at least 80 on the main roster (Raw/Smackdown) release a PPV card of four matchs, and only add four matches on the day of the show - one of which is rematch of the recent KOTR finals? As James used to say, I spit on your booking.
  20. And everyone who failed to beat him by extension. I know it's been done to Bryan before, but it's testament to how little Vince rates/rated Kofi as a champion. No way would he have done that to Cena/Orton/Reigns. Seriously, NXT is the only thing worth watching on WWE at this point, and even then, because it ultimately makes Vince money, I hope AEW continue to beat it in the ratings. Raw/Smackdown has justified AEW's existence, even if there's growing pains to be had.
  21. Yes, you can help influence not only the film Pandy & I use as the joint review, but the homework we assign each other to plot the range of their career. As announced in Episode 68, our subject will be Sir Ian McKellen. Pandy & I will take an executive decision on what makes the joint review by Friday 20 October so get your ideas in before then! NB) We will not be covering his X-Men movies, Richard III or The Shadow. We will also be closing out The Hobbit Trilogy, so pick well!
  22. Well done sir! The website's region locked so I cannot read your work, but congrats all the same!
