What did I miss?
-
Holy. Shit.

I didn't notice that his head was silhouetted at the end of Downtime, but the fact that one of the members of the Light is voiced by the same guy as Orm pretty much confirms it.
I think one of the members of the Light is Ra's al Ghul based on one of the silhouetted heads, specifically the one to the far left.
Holy crap, is that E.T. in the middle!? Swerve!!!

Also really like the hint regarding who the bad guys are working with/for.
I must've missed something. What hint are you talking about?
boom tube
Ah, yeah. I honestly didn't give that much thought. I doubt Darkseid will appear any time soon and I had no illusion of him being the man behind the White Light guys.

Flashpoint
in DC
Really like the Emperor Aquaman cover, but that Deathstroke one is just a mess.

That is a pasty, pasty group.

Maybe Bruce will impregnate Talia with a plot device.
Fixed.

I'm thinking casting an unknown might be best, but here are my best bets from people currently working consistently in Hollywood:
Alex O'Loughlin - He's buff, he is convincing working as a cop and he's shown he can be funny at times on "Hawaii Five-O." Dye and grow his hair out a bit and I think he'd be great.
Karl Urban - He's a versatile actor who's well-versed in action. The problem would be I don't know if he can play the deadpan humor and I don't know if he really feels like a "superhero" kind of guy.
Considered people like Ray Stevenson (too old), Brandon Routh (too goofy), Chris Hemsworth (too young) and Wentworth Miller (too strange-looking), but it's a tough role to cast.

I believe that was my point, yes.
EDIT: Honestly, I can't think of a decent choice for Walker. No one has quite the right look. Maybe Patrick Warburton if he wasn't so squinty and didn't have the low-brow rep.

Well, the perfect, geekgasm answer would be Nathan Fillion for anything comics-related...

So pumped for this game. SO pumped.
-
So wrong. I shouldn't want to fuck Ma Kent.
-
Personally, I always loved the Strider game, so I'd love to see him again.

I knew there was something really fucking familiar about the way Larroca drew Tony Stark, but I could never figure it out. Reading the latest issue of Invincible Iron Man, I figured it out. Tony Stark IS Josh Hollway.
-
I haven't had any interest in "Smallville" in a long time - since the shit JSA episode - but I'll try to catch the finale for Rosenbaum. Man, losing him was the worst thing that ever happened to this show.

The Brain is definitely there. It's a pretty easy shape to pick out. Luthor's gotta be there. One of the Rogues, maybe? Grodd, I'd say would fit best, but the character doesn't traditionally trust humans. Another Batman villain in all probability, but I can't choose which one. Calculator if they're going modern. Merlin maybe, for the GA connection?
-
Cena's jaw there was apparently based on Dolph Lundgren.

Awesome gif. I take back my insult.
-
Those look really, really good.

" Also, it's entirely possible that any future girlfriends of mine may end up reading this."
BWAHAAHAHAHAHAAHHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHHAHAAHHAHA!!!!!!
-
You don't remember when she blew Pete Ross in the alley behind LexCorp? Classic issue.
-
Oh Lord. Don't bring that up.
