When dining alone, I prefer to eat at a place with bar service, so at least you get the chance to talk to other diners or the bar staff who are normally friendly. Some of my best experiences while travelling around the US a few years ago were just rocking up to a bar, ordering a burger and chatting to the guy next to me. Back home here in Melbourne, I ended up going to one place a fair bit to eat and ended up getting invited out with the staff for drinks one night. Sure it may have been pity, but so is much of my sex life.

Makes me think that the protesters are actually having some sort of impact, which scares the absolute shit out people at the top!

Just watched Warrior and it was fantastic. I can't remember the last thing I saw Nick Nolte in, but he was easily the stand out performance in this. Parts were a bit obvious, but Tom Hardy looked fantastic and watching it I could definitely see him taking on the Batman.

Just finished Tipping Point by Malcolm Gladwell. Really good read, I'll definitely get his other works and read them. Next on the list is Entreleadership by Dave Ramsey.

Agreed, good decision. Other than that, it's taking a bit to get used to, but some of the new features are really nice.
