  1. I got an interview tomorrow at Global TV. Please please please hire me.
  2. Well between Preston and I there will be plenty for the rest of you if you decide to go the cannibalism route.
  3. Unless she got drunk and decided to play ATV chicken with her friends leading to a catastrophic facial injury I still win at stupid 14 year old younger sibling.
  4. Crap, Ian's following the Flames, who wants to start the suicide watch?
  5. Put me in line for one of these treks.
  6. I was thinking the same thing...until I got it (aka James buying it since I'm broke) that is.
  7. So anyone else playing this yet?
  8. Mike I don't know if you're like that with your not internet friends, but even when I visited you back in May, you said Buy a Shirt a lot...to everything. I'm kind of scared you'll get thrown in a mental asylum one of these days...just saying buy a shirt, buy a shirt, buy a shirt, buy a shirt.
  9. The idea is we throw on the first episode and go until we can't stand to go any further.
  10. Most don't consider GT in continuity to begin with.
  11. Hello everyone. For once I have actually thought out and planned in advance what's going to be going on on Animezing Podcast, so without any further ado let's take a look at the next five episodes. Episode 68 - Nov. 3rd - Take two friends like Kellen and Steph, sit them down at the Ai-Kon promotions table at Central Canada Comic Con for an entire weekend and record. Distill it down to the best rants, raves and banter about anime, and whatever else they care to talk about and the end result may be the most eclectic podcast to ever hit Earth-2.net Episode 69 - Nov. 17th - Around this time of year James and Kellen get a little bit nostalgic about their friendship, and why not, it was in November of 2004 that two guys who by chance sat next to each other in a Grade 11 Chemistry class ended up becoming friends by talking about a new anime they had both found, InuYasha. 6 Years later, can these two still handle watching the show? Join the two for another commentary adventure to see if the show holds up, or if the guys are going to crack. Episode 70 - Dec. 1st - Before either James or Kellen sat down to watch Gurren Lagann, they knew the show had a bunch of hype and a huge following, but that's never stopped them from declaring something from sucking before. Does the duo love or hate the Bromantic mecha series? Episode 71 - Dec. 15th - It wouldn't be Animezing Podcast's last episode of the year without taking a look at a Christmas Special or two would it. While we have a few in mind, we're not telling just yet what we're doing. We'd like to hear what you want. Send us an email and let us know what you'd like us to look over this Christmas.
  12. Oh boy, the tail end of the DBZ era wasn't exactly great, lets see how we do.

Oh, the Apple Fanboy hates something made by Microsoft. In other news, the sun rose in the East and I'm a bit drunk. A bit...that's all?

    Happy Halloween

Then go as Shane Hagadorn. The worst Halloween costume of all time. I thought I was supposed to enjoy myself with Halloween.

#1. Manager, not a wretler #2. I in no way shape or form can mold myself to look anything remotely like Double C

So the wrestler friend I manage is trying to get the idea in my head that since we have a show on Halloween weekend that we should do Chris Hero & Larry Sweeney. He looks uncannily like Hero to begin with and has a VERY similar moveset (Misawa marks the both of em). I have all the stuff to do Sweeney so I'm kinda thinking of how fun it would be.
  18. Found a lead for a great job at Global TV Winnipeg, my former instructor (who still some clout in this city in the industry) personally reccomended me to the new director at Global. We've been exchanging emails but he has told me it may take a while to get the hiring process going as the station is doing a TON of prepwork for the upcoming province-wide mayoral/municipal elections. I've been unemployed for over a month now. Each day is a big deal to me now. Also, need to get off my ass and figure out who to vote for for mayor.
  19. Well I have finally gotten around to watching Gurren Lagann. God damn this show is stupid. I love it.
  20. The Girl Who Leapt Through Time in a TARDIS is easily my favorite.
  21. Will be attending Central Canada Comic-Con in 2 weeks (booked working the Ai-Kon promotional table. There is nothing to do at that con unless you're crawling in money. I, as has been established, am totally broke.

For all the lapsed Orators out there, we're doing a giant old school RAW thread for the 11/29 episode. Prizes will be there, Llamas will abound, and the Ones will be Cold. PEEPULATION REPRESENT!!!!!!!!!!
  24. On the flip side, being unemployed going on 3 weeks now is getting to be fucking terrible. -I have $200 left to my name in order to eat food -I owe James in excess of $500 (and growing) for back rent -I got my parents on my ass daily as if I wasn't TRYING to find a job (they're just trying to help but it gets frustrating) -I got student loans to start paying off at the end of next month -It is becoming increasingly unlikely that I will be able to make it to c2e2. Which SUCKS.
  25. www.nhl.com (Official League Website. Gets the job done.) www.tsn.ca (Bob McKenzie and Darren Dreger are easily the two most connected hockey insiders anywhere, Ray Ferraro and Dave Hodge's blogs are both great reading.) www.downgoesbrown.com (Hilarious Comedy Blog) It's going to be a hard luck season for the Flames if opening night was any indication, but hey, I like the team too.
