No, not this one - the final encounter happens in daylight throughout. And now I'm really trying to remember what film/encounter you might be referring to. I watched License to Kill last night, but it wasn't that one. It is a Roger Moore one. I remember this distinctly because when my dad first bought the DVDs he kept watching this part over and over since he thought it was hilarious.

Is this the James Bond movie where in the final confrontation with the villain it is magically going back and forth between night and day as they cut from one shot to another?

Maybe it is because I never liked the Jason Todd version of Tim Drake they used at the latter end of the animated series or because the Joker's plot to become Werejoker inside ToddDrake seemed goofy, but I never really liked this movie.

I wonder if the villain will be more sympathetic that Spiderman again? Or Spiderman will be given a some choice over who to save only to take about 3 seconds to save everybody anyway? Or maybe there will be some type of crime happening right behind Spiderman that only serves the purpose of being convenient for the plot point that Mary Jane is a bitch.

The scriptwriters behind Spider-Man 2 are the same people who ran Smallville for the first seven years. I think we can give that person the benefit of a doubt. Is this an endorsement of Spider-Man 2 or Smallville? I ask because I hate them both.

Old and not a particularly good actor. I don't know about Pine. Problem is he is young and somehow looks even younger. Is it really hard to find an actor that looks like a grownup that isn't 45 or something?

You should pick up Secret Six. It is easily my favorite comic right now.

At least it's better than Spiderman 3.

At all. I guess I obviously have different taste than you guys. How is it random when there was a tie in issue with those characters? Yeah, but what if you didn't read that issue? I didn't and I thought it was insane to have them there. The nature of the big comic book event is that you really do have to read at least some of the tie ins. It is just the way it is.
