This is a comment by Jonathan Stout on Amazon in a review of Spider-Man: Torment:

Batman: Whatever Happened to the Caped Crusader should of been its own series. One that would go on for three issues, like what Mike and Dan said. Because people who had subscriptions or just bought BATMAN issues and DETECTIVE COMICS issues or whatever, nowadays, don't know the Silver and Golden Age that well. Also, this has nothing much from the Modern Age so it doesn't actually relate to the death of Batman in the continuity of the DCU that is going on today in the Modern Age. Batman: Whatever Happened to the Caped Crusader, is basically looking back at the Golden Age and the Silver Age, and saying that Batman has also died outside of the Modern Age. I would just buy this story in the two issues, even though its not that type of story where you buy that way, it's still a rip off to buy the trade.

Bucky gets second place in that category of annoying DCAU characters.

I would enjoy a podcast reviewing the Men In Black movies and the cartoon TV series, but it wouldn't go on that long.

I meant cartoon character as in if you could kill any cartoon character in a cartoon TV series. But what you did was okay I guess. You live in UK, but I am probably wrong about what I am about to say, but to you cartoons and comics are considered the same. When I went to London, I saw the Cartoon Museum, I found out that it was actually a museum for comics in England, cause people in the UK consider cartoons and comics the same. I may be wrong about all this, so I hope I didn't offend anyone. I also hope your not offended when I say that you live in UK (since Scotland I believe is technically part of the UK), and I hope your not offended when I say London culture and language is similar to that of Glasgow, Scotland. Sorry, I don't know that much about your country. I'm kind of stupid to say all this. But let not this thread be a discussion for comparing the U.S., England, and Scotland.

If you could kill any cartoon character, then who would it be? It would help if you provide an image of the character. Also I would really applaud a picture of them actually dead. EDIT: Before I forgot to mention that 'If you could kill any', before I had a typo saying 'If you could any'. People probably got what I meant before edited this though.

Batman Mask of the Phantasm, Batman & Mr. Freeze: Subzero, and Batman Beyond Return of the Joker, are all on Watch Instantly. I am not sure if Return of the Joker is the unedited one or not.

Maybe Frank Miller will regain fans that he had before All Star Batman when Sin City 2 comes out. But I still love All Star Batman And Robin The Boy Wonder, little too long of a name though.

This how Batgirl normally looked in that series, now look at her neck in this picture and try and see the difference between her neck in this picture and the picture I posted earlier.

Its annoying cause some of the best Superman episodes are on Volume 2. Like The World's Finest and The Late Mr. Kent.

This is so annoying, I can't save this movie on Netflix. On Netflix, You should be able to by now! You can't even find this movie on Netflix!

I really enjoy re-watching episodes in the DCAU, usually for a reminder of what some episodes are about before I listen to Mike and James review them on WFP. I usually just rent some season sets from Netflix, but there has sometimes been problems with that. One thing that really pisses me of is that Netflix doesn't have Superman The Animated Series Volume 2, but you can get the two other Superman volumes. You can Save Volume 2 to Your Queue, but the under Availability it says Unknown. Why can't people rent this on Netflix? Another thing that is pissing me off is that Netflix has the Watch Instantly feature, but the only DCAU thing you can watch on Watch Instantly is Batman Beyond Return of the Joker. Why isn't there other DCAU stuff that you can watch on Netflix's Watch Instantly?

Its kinda of a stupid mistake by the animators or color people or whoever.

I thought it would probably be annoying to bring back an old episode thread, but I noticed this error in the animation of Batgirl in The New Batman Adventures episode "Cold Comfort". Look at Batgirl's neck.

Alternate Cover For Issue #5 That's actually a Frank Miller piece. You can even see the "FM" signature on her leg. Yeah, I didn't mean that those two alternate covers were by Jim Lee, I meant that they were just in the book.

All these 90s Bat films seem like they were made to be kind of like James Bond, but they aren't because James Bond is a million times better. I mean they basically were made every 2 or 3 years, and they changed the role for Batman a few times. This decade of Batman films that are all in the same, but debatable, continuity didn't do good enough to be like the James Bond franchise though.

Also I think Avatar has a future, meaning I think in the future, there might be another Avatar series or movie or something.

Yeah it does, mostly some uncolored drawings from some of the issues and some drawings of different designs he might of used for Batman and Robin. There are also some alternate covers for the issues that have a very unique style. Besides his cover for Red Robin #1, I think this book is the best art Jim Lee has ever done in a batbook. Why has Bruce Wayne had glasses in these Batman movies? I don't know of any other Batman adaptations where Bruce Wayne has glasses.

I really want this game except that I have none of those systems. I have a Wii, a Nintendo DS, and a PSP, no xbox 360 or PS3! I don't even have a PC, I have a Mac, hopefully they will also release for Mac.

I go to gamestop all the time, and the one I go to usually has like 5 rows of used PS2 games in the middle of the store, they might not be selling well at most gamestop stores, so this is why their doing this.

Give it another chance, read #10, its pretty good.
