  1. You can get sick of seeing Superman's heat vision. Watch "The Call Part 1 and 2" and you will know what I mean, he overuses that power so much.
  2. I remember The Declaration of Independence. Couldn't it of just been 2 sentences saying just a little bit about how we are declaring that were country? That would of not made life like hell when I was in my 6th Grade History class. I had study the stupid declaration a million times. My History teacher made me memorize the first paragraph, it was hell having to do that when I was 11.
  3. Is the email from someone special or is it an really good/interesting email from a fan? There could be another reason why you announced this email on this thread, I mean there were posts about interviews with DCAU people, could this email be from a person who helped make the DCAU? If its from someone special than its probably someone who sort of to helped make the DCAU. Or it could be someone cool like Dwayne McDuffie? He might of sent an email to WFP because their about to review Static Shock. Could Mike or James please tell us before I start fantasizing about an email read on WFP from Bruce Timm or, hmmm, maybe even Barack Obama? I don't even know why I am assuming its from someone special. James did say "We have a pretty special e-mail, in my humble opinion.", so it may just be some really good/interesting email from a fan.

Has anyone read the Tangent Comics. If so, then what could you say what their like?

    Thanks for the info!

    Secret Six

Is it easy to hop right in this series, without reading the first few issues? The Only Secret Six issue I have read is #9, because I found out it was part of Battle For The Cowl. Issue 9 was really great! I really want to read more Secret Six, but I don't feel like spending my money and time to read the first eight issues. So when a next issue comes out, do you think I could go into the series right there? Issue #9 was not that difficult to understand, even though it was the first Secret Six issue I have ever read.

    Jason Todd

In Battle For The Cowl, we see Jason Todd dressed up as Batman, but he later gets in a fight with Nightwing and loses. He disappears after falling off some ledge into water. Is he dead? Or alive? If he is alive, then where is he? What will he do next?
  8. It was kind of weird how "The Wrong Morph" only aired in Canada's YTV, but it was not the only Zeta episode that aired only in Canada, the same thing happened with "Ro's Reunion".
  9. Look at the picture for issue 2, the suit totally changes. That just confuses things.
  10. I thought "On The Wire" was better than how well Mike and James. I love the future comic con ("picto con"). The funniest part was when Agent West tells some people that he is looking for a robot, he is directed to another room where there are some type of robot comic book fans dressed up as robots. LOL. I also loved it when Ro asked that guy for his sword. He then quickly corrects her as "its not a sword its a" blah blah, Ro doesn't care. There are a bunch of other funny things in that scene that I love! It reminds of the comic con scene in Batman The Brave And The Bold "Legends of The Dark Mite". Other than some bad animation for Casey, I loved this Zeta Project episode! Ro finally meets her brother! When Zeta is being chased by Agent Bennet on the bridge, it reminds me of a similar part in the 007 movie, A View To A Kill (which was reviewed a couple weeks ago on For Your Ears Only). Also, Mike and James, you said when you were reviewing "The River Rising", that we have not seen any people that shun technology in the Batman Beyond/Zeta era, WRONG. Did you guys forget the awesome, grenade throwing, crazy, villain in Batman Beyond, MAD STAN! He hated technology. One more thing, I cannot believe I actually noticed this, In "The Wrong Morph", when Zeta and Ro are going through police files to find Blake, they quickly go through the files with pictures of criminals, very quickly, but I managed to get a glimpse of who appeared to be the Kaznian minister guy in the first episode of Batman Beyond. What? Why is he on these police files. Its pretty interesting, you see the Kaznian guy from Rebirth for like a millisecond. I know its him because that guy has a very distinctive face. I also saw the man in Batman Beyond that was in charge of splicing, along with other familiar faces.
  11. I'd buy every issue of Batgirl. Forever. Same thing I would do. Harley Quinn as Batgirl would be awesome! Maybe she could find out who Batman and Robin are then make them let her become Batgirl or something. I don't know, but it would be awesome.
  12. If its not Manhunter than its Cassandra Cain or Spoiler. WOW, I just thought of the funniest thing ever! You know how Jason Todd has been taking evil versions of the mantles of heroes (like Nightwing and Batman), what if he became an evil, killer, Batgirl? That would be so funny, yet also kind of cool. He could get his body changed to look more like a woman. Wait a second! Another funny twist just came to mind! What if Harley Quinn becomes Batgirl?
  13. I picked up Gotham City Sirens and Batman 687 yesterday. Batman 687 rocks! This kind of goes with Battle For The Cowl. Its a must read if you liked Battle For The Cowl. Its basically an epilogue to Battle For The Cowl. Still need to Read Gotham City Sirens.
  14. Its way better that you reviewed earlier in the podcast. "The Hologram Man" does not make sense as a last episode. EDIT: When I said "The Hologram Man", I meant "The Wrong Morph"
  15. Could the new Batgirl possibly be Manhunter (Kate Spencer)?
  16. This post may be kind of late, but if you are just about to start out with Batman, then where we are right now is actually a good place. Basically Batman is currently a man named Dick Grayson and Robin is a boy named Damian Wayne. A guy named Tim Drake is the Red Robin and is looking for the old Batman. Good place to hop in. You don't really have to read Battle For The Cowl or Batman R.I.P.
  17. Just picked up Batman And Robin, Streets Of Gotham, and Whatever Happened To The Caped Crusader. I am so excited to read them!
  18. I love WFP, I am mad that it won't last as long as other podcasts like Earth-2.net The Show. The reason is because its just reviewing the DCAU (and Teen Titans, and BTW, its not in continuity). WFP should stop being just in the DCAU. I know you guys want to review Batman The Brave And The Bold.
  19. I want a podcast reviewing some of the newer super hero cartoons. Like Legion of Super Heroes, The Batman, and Batman The Brave And The Bold (must have reviewing on E-2). I think this podcast could actually go on for a while. There would be reviewing of 7 seasons of cartoons (The Batman and Legion of Super heroes). Plus there would be more for the ongoing Batman The Brave And The Bold. Legion of Super Heroes would be the perfect thing to review after a Justice League Unlimited review. One hard thing about this podcast would be trying to find out a name for it. There would not be much of a theme for this podcast too.
  20. IGN has made a list of the top 100 comic book villains. To see it, click on the picture below: Do you agree with it? My one main problem with this list is Magneto being #1.

    DCAU Comics

DC Comics has created many comics set in the continuity of the DCAU. These comics also have similar designs to the DCAU. On this thread you can just discuss the DCAU comics. What is your favorite? What was terrible? News? Just discussing the DCAU comics. These being: The Batman Adventures Batman & Robin Adventures Lost Years Batman: Gotham Adventures Batman Adventures Adventures in the DC Universe Superman Adventures Batman Beyond Gotham Girls (probably not in continuity, but still needs to be discussed) Justice League Adventures Justice League Unlimited Teen Titans Go! (that is if you think Teen Titans is in continuity, not that I do)
  22. I have not read any June Batman comics, but I am going to get a lot in a few days, here is my list: 1. Batman Streets of Gotham #1 2. Red Robin #1 3. Batman and Robin #1 4. Gotham City Sirens #1 5. Batman #687 6. Batman #686 7. Detective Comics #853 (BTW, I did not get some of these earlier because I need books for a trip) Also, in my list is Whatever Happened to the Caped Crusader? (Batman #686 and Detective Comics #853) Anything else I should add?
  23. "Pediatricians and psychologists have been warning us that violent video games are harmful to children," said Mary Lou Dickerson, a Democratic legislator in Washington state who wrote a law now being challenged in federal court — banning the sale of some violent games to kids. "I'm optimistic that the courts will heed their warnings."
  24. Spongebob Squarepants The Movie Game is 10 on that list for me. I don't like how half the games on that list were arcades.
