  1. I totally agree. I have heard all over the internet about how fans hate it, I totally disagree with that. I like a Batman that swears and beats up villains even more. I like how Batman had been watching Dick and had wanted him to be his ward for a while before Dick's parents died, it makes more sense. I also like how Batman already knows all the identities of the Justice Leaguers and how he always pisses them off.
  2. Does anyone else besides me like All Star Batman And Robin The Boy Wonder?
  3. Thanks, and I do know who Hal Jordan is.
  4. There are like no cartoons on Hulu, except ones like Family Guy or The Simpsons. Meaning, I want to watch cartoons from the DCAU or something.
  5. When I type 'gotten' in Microsoft Word, it doesn't say it's wrong.
  6. It's no about power, its about lining or luck. Here is how to do it, BTW, the kid in in this video may be kind of weird, but he is right about how to do it, its the same way I do it.
  7. I don't know why I don't know this, so I searched the internet and got no good answers. Is 'gotten' a word? Or am I spelling it wrong or what? I often use it when I am talking, but not when I am writing or typing something.
  8. One complaint, at the bottom of the What you want thread on Banter, there is this creepy ad that makes a really scary laugh, really creepy and it surprises you if you have your computer volume up high. This is what the ad looks like This is what the laugh sounds like, and it really surprised me. This ad may also be appearing like this because I'm in France right now.
  9. Getting a Perfect Game in Bowling is easy. Just aim in between the middle pin and the pin to the right of i and you'll get a strike every time. One question, I got a Perfect Game and my total score for the game I got a Perfect Game was 300, is that how many your supposed to get for a Perfect Game (I did get strikes every time)?
  10. I used to play Pokemon Leaf Green, i got so addicted to it, I was so close to completely beating the game, but then I found out it was impossible, so I put the game down and never played it again. last week I got Pokemon Platinum, and man, it is way better, and still addicting. Other Pokemon stories? Pokemon games discussions? Here's the thread to do it. I know there have been other threads like tihs, but they are really old and there are some new games out to discuss. Pokemon games thread upgrade! and have had a baby:
  11. But in The Batman: Adventures: Lost Years, it explains how those three years in between BTAS and TNBA went for Dick, which didn't have anything about the Teen Titans. Also, in "Flash And Substance", there is the Flash museum showing an item commemorating the race between Superman and the Flash from "Speed Demons", and this was a JLU episode with Wall West as Flash and the museum was dedicated to him.
  12. Brave And The Bold isn't in the main Batman continuity, right? So Dick's not Batman in the next Brave And The Bold issue with Batman?
  13. Why does anyone say TT was in continuity? Most of the people on this thread and all over the internet have came to the conclusion that it is not. I'm fine with WFP reviewing this show, but I don't get why anyone thinks its in continuity, it just doesn't make sense. I don't want to continue this debate on this forum, but i think it should stay like this, TT isn't in continuity, that side has always won this debate online. No one reply to this. I realize this thread has not had posts for a while, but I just wanted to end the thread with a victory for the side that believes it's not in continuity, even though this thread was pointless, because it was obvious that TT wasn't in continuity. BTW, I sent an email to Mike and James with a P.S. saying TT wasn't in continuity and they didn't even read that part. Well I hope WFP continues being awesome and I hope that when even when TT is reviewed that there is no more debating, just awesome podcasting.
  14. Why is this not working for me? When I open the link it doesn't work?
  15. I have not read any JLA or any type of justice league stuff for awhile, is it easy to jump in on A Cry For Justice? Is there a lot of things I have to know?
  16. For everyone who think AT&T sucks, its because they do suck. Get Verizon if you can, there are some really good deals with it that save you money and their are nice phones that support it. Verizon doesn't have "More Bars In more Places", but instead it always has Way More Bars, But In Less Places (only works in USA and some other parts of North America).

    DSi

The DSi is crap. There is no support for GBA and when it wasn't out people were thinking that there would eventually be a DS that will support GB and GBC, but no. So Guitar Hero for DS (which wasn't released that long ago) is no longer supported. I find it cool that there is an SD card and multimedia, but the music format (AAC I believe) that is supported is completely uncommon and the system doesn't support videos. I'd rather it support videos than music. Not many like music on the PSP so I bet most people won't like it on the DSi. Most people like music on smaller devices that fit in your pocket even better and that save energy. Other than the camera, you may as well spend less money just by buying an R4 and sticking it in a DS Lite. One question, Is the DSi lighter (in weight) than the DS Lite?
  18. Is the hero who is Static just called Static or also called Static Shock (or is that just the name of the series)? Also, there were Super Friends reruns on Cartoon Network while some of the DCAU series were on.
  19. Thanks for the suggestions suavestar, yeah I'm not that experienced in doing these types of reviews and I will edit this a little bit. Also these will never be as good as Erin's and I'm doing these a little different way. I'm just doing two issues (favorite and least favorite) from each series and I'm doing my reviews in a little bit of a different style and there not supposed to be super good, I'm probably not trying super hard for these.

  21. Terrence Wheeler. This post may be kind of late, but it may still help, idk.
  22. Here is my review of Batman Gotham Adventures #38 “Sticking” Story: Scott Peterson Pencils: Bob Smith Inks: Terry Beatty Letters: Tim Harkins Colors: Nathan Eyring This comic book is a 22-page issue of Batman Gotham Adventures. This is the issue 38 of 60 of Batman Gotham Adventures. The reason why I am reviewing this issue is because it is actually the one I hate the most. Other than this one, I actually love Batman Gotham Adventures. It’s pretty hard to find Batman Gotham Adventures comics in America. But I can guarantee you that they are pretty good. This is my first review of an issue in the DCAU comics, and my plan is to review two issues (favorite and least favorite) from each comic book series that is in the DCAU continuity. It’s completely random that I am starting with Batman Gotham Adventures. I will try my best to be spoiler free, but sometimes I may accidentally mention a few spoilers. Plot Summary (From Comicvine.com, All rights and thanks go to them) Overview Robin and Batgirl track down a ski-masked criminal who is targeting middle-aged males and sending them to the hospital. But what connection does this have to little-league hockey games? Spoilers My Review What sort of made me think I hated this issue the most in this comic book series is the fact that Batman isn’t actually in it. From looking at the cover of this issue you can see that Robin and Batgirl are the only heroes in it. Something else you notice from looking at the cover of this comic book is that you can see that the bad guy is attacking Robin and Batgirl with a hockey stick. This villain is dressed up like he is skiing or it’s winter. Yet he also has ice skates (or hockey skates) on. I think this cover does not represent the story that well. The villain does not actually ever wear those skates and his clothes weren’t the same color as they were on the cover. The cover also made the story look like it was set in winter time with all the snow drawn on the cover, but there was no proof or support of the story being in the winter at all. You never see snow or winter references or even mentioning or drawing of signs of cold weather, none of any of that on any page of the comic book. What happens in this story is that some different individuals in Gotham are mysteriously getting attacked (but not killed because that is not allowed in this comic) by a person described to be dressed in ski clothes. But Batman is, for some unexplainable reason, unable to solve this crime, so it’s up to Robin and Batgirl, as they seem to be some of the first people to notice these attacks. These two heroes end up helping different people right after they are attacked. All the people have the same description of the assailant. Robin and Batgirl do background checks on all these people. The only things all these people have in common are that they are all men and they all have twelve-year-old sons who play hockey. From good detective work (basically all done by Batgirl), the two knights of Gotham find the man who has been causing all this trouble. One thing I really don’t get in this is that while sweeping the city Robin and Batgirl find more people getting mysteriously attacked, but their so focused on finding out who did this while they stop the Mad Hatter on one page and stop some other crimes that also have way more importance than finding out who has been attacking these people every now and then. I’d rather have a comic book based on those three pages where Robin and Batgirl take down the Mad hatter and all those other dangerous criminals and gangs. There is also a random fight scene near the end of this issue where two guys start fighting Robin because they thought the main villain of the story that they had just captured was innocent because they knew him. But this fight was quick and for some odd reason they are not mad after getting beat up by Robin. In fact they even gave him a compliment about his fighting and told him that he would be good at playing left wing in hockey. Another weird part is when Robin and Batgirl are talking in the batcave near the beginning of the story it shows Robin juggling apples for some weird reason. This part also shows him unmasked, and a weird thing about is that they draw his eyes blue when they weren’t that color in any other comic or episode of the The New Batman Adventures. The one part I did like about this issue was the very ending where Robin and Batgirl take the main villain to the police as the main villain’s son watches him get taken away. Anyone have any thoughts on this issue or my review?
  23. I found this in an Ad in an issue of Batman Gotham Adventures released in 2001. I doubt it still exists, but I want it so bad. It's a toaster that looks like a pokeball. It was advertised to be for pop tarts.
  24. I don't need to have my stuff on my desktop, it supposedly makes the computer slower too. I have nice folders to organize everything.
