    Bakula – Quantum Leap Movie In The Works?

    Fans of Quantum Leap may again get to see Dr. Sam Beckett leaping through time and into strange bodies and situations.

    At Comic-Con last weekend, Bakula told fans that a film may be in the works for the popular show, which aired from 1989-1993.

    “It’s a great piece of TV history,” said Bakula. “[beckett] is what I’m known for, and it’s a great show to be known for.”

    A script is supposedly being written by Quantum Leap creator/executive producer Donald Bellisario.

    KnightWing, you though that didn't look exciting? Ooh, man! I don't think I've been psyched for anything like this since, Halo 3? That was an amazing trailer, September can't come soon enough!

    Re-Re-Edit: Watched trailer a fourth time, Cathy, with a C. The only Cathy I can find on the DC wiki (Not a good source I know, but the only one I know of.) is someone called Peregrine from earth-ABC. Not counting on much from that front. Also, possibility of Chloe being the next Dr. Fate? I think one of you guys called that earlier, but I couldn't find it.

    I'm refreshing the comic news sites like a madman right now because if what I'm hearing from San Diego is correct, Bruce Timm announced that not only are they producing a sequel to Green Lantern: First Flight, not only are they doing Batman: Year One, but they're also making an animated adaptation of ALL STAR SUPERMAN.

    ALL STAR SUPERMAN you say?

    I have the first half of it, awesome comic, but will the Silver-Age camp translate well? That's going to need perfect voice casting to sell.

    Okay, with these pictures I can cement the idea that Ryan Reynolds is Hal. The costume, :( , I don't think it quite works, mostly the mask, people can never seem to get simple domino masks to work, now that is something that the Batman Schumacher movies got right, Robin's mask.

    Jonathan Kent is confirmed in the first episode, and the first episode is called Lazarus, so either A: Jonathan is going to be resurrected. Or B: Clark is going to see Jonathan in a near-death-experience. I have to fanboy it up and say that either way, I won't judge until I see the episode. Am happy that Kara will come back, hopefully to conclude her story-arc. Now all we need is some Michael Rosenbaum to make the set complete. Oh, and on a semi-related note, in the increasing likelihood of him being there, who would you want cast as Darkseid?
