James D. Posted November 27, 2006 Report Share Posted November 27, 2006 Well, considering I sub for elementary schools mainly, it isn't as bad. There's definitely something to be said for having something in common with kids--be it watching cartoons, comic books, video games, anime, pro wrestling...whatever. Being able to inherently hook their short attention spans is a wonderful thing and helps exponentially in keeping them under control.
