Missy
For me, no matter how many times I hear it, the classic Knight Rider theme always gets me excited in a "Fuck yeah!" kind of way. GI Joe, The Shield, Batman Beyond and any incarnation of the Doctor Who theme also get my blood pumping. How about you?
Dread
A Team. Twilight Zone. Kolchak (there was no remake!)
JackFetch
Definitely the A-Team. I listen to the G.I. Joe theme now and think it's not as cool as it was as a kid. The Shield is awesome for the way it just hits you out of nowhere. My favorite is The Fall Guy though. I so fucking love that song even though Lee Majors can't sing. It makes me want to become a stuntman.

James D.
One always comes to mind: The New Batman/Superman Adventures theme. It's the single greatest theme the DCAU ever graced us with, but sadly, the shortest-lived. It also had the greatest montage of animation and show clips going on behind it. Stavros
Thundercats (HOOOO!) Ghost In the Shell SAC, especially the http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kY3sBEHhFR8. "I don't wanna wait" sucks donkey balls. Firefly The Ally McBeal theme used to be a favorite but I'm coming back to watch the 4th season (Downey Jr is awesome) and its grating against my nerves. Dan
They may have been goofy, they may have gotten dated, they may be pure cheese incarnate. But 70s and 80s action shows had some of the best theme songs of all time. Magnum, P.I. Miami Vice Airwolf Knight Rider The Six Million Dollar Man SWAT CHiPs Also: 3-2-1 Contact (Seriously.) World's Greatest Superfriends (that one particular iteration) Spider-Man (60s. 90s? HELL no.) G.I. Joe Star Blazers (Best. Theme song. EVER.) He-Man Batman Beyond Firefly Doctor Who Mr. Belvedere (No, I'm not kidding, and I will fight anyone who disagrees.)
Dread
Thank you for saying Magnum PI. I totally forgot to mention that. That is one of the best TV themes ever. One of my old metal bands covered that one.
Missy
The Mr. Belvedere theme gets your blood pumping...? Some more from me: CHiPs Hunter Batman (the Adam West show) X-Men The Benny Hill Show (That one got my blood pumping in a different sort of way. )
Dan
The Mr. Belvedere theme gets your blood pumping...? The silky smooth baritone of Mr. Leon Redbone does strange things to me.

badwolf
Buffy the Vampire Slayer Angel Doctor Who Torchwood CSI (the original Las Vegas one. I'm a softie for Gil and his overly bad puns before the "Whooooooo are you?" starts) Batman Beyond Darkwing Duck (you laugh, but that show was badass) and I really love Cold Case's theme, the theme song gives me chills.
