RSS
Whilst this subsection of Comic Reel-lief remains focused upon the incredibly well-cast actors in the comic book movie genre, I'd be remiss if I didn't talk about a man who has voiced Batman, Hulk, Clayface, Slade and Orion. But above all, Ron Perlman is Hellboy. And he's bloody awesome in the role, too. Missy
Great piece, Ian. I really enjoy the Comic Reel-lief / Behind the Mask series.
Dread
<cough> Cat People! <cough> They were Cat People in Sleepwalkers. Not that it matters because the only thing scary about that movie is the incest. I looooove Quest for Fire. Well done, Ian.

Venneh
Great job, Ian! Perlman for the WIN.
Stavros
Great piece Ian. I always thought Perlman was in his 40's, I can't believe he's only a year younger than my dad. Great actor though, he's immense fun to watch.
Dread
It's funny because Perlman has always reminded me of my dad.
Molly
Lovely, Ian. Perlman is one of my personal heroes, and as an actor, he's pretty much everything I aspire to be.

slothian
Thanks all. I'm just glad to see it published, because I started this back in August and then majorly hit the wall.
James D.
In terms of voice acting, there are only a scant few whom I place above Perlman. He's a phenomenal actor. Awesome work, Ian. Early favorite for column of the year '09.
SuaveStar
Good read, I enjoyed it. he doesn't look that old to me. Awesome background guy who never truly got THE role to make him big, but he doesn't seem to mind which is awesome.
